We had a snow storm this week & we tried to pick up our order twice on 1/27 & 1/28 but their parking lot was messy & slippery . We cant walk to get into the store coz its slippery & im a senior. So I called if they cant put a hold on it but the customer service said he cant coz its already expired the pick up date. I asked whats the best solution for it, he said IT IS, WHAT IT IS. I cant change our process. You have to pay for it. If you dont want to pay for it, talk to your credit CARD. SO RUDE & MEAN!!

It did not come with a packing slip so the girl put in his charge card and then gave us a refund for the shirt. My husband tried to order it again and again got a medium. I went all the way over there today and the girl behind the desk was training another girl and she told me she needed to know the SKU for the shirt he originally ordered because the computer wouldn't let her give a refund. She asked me where the packing slip was and I told her one didn't come. She had a smug look on her face. I don't understand that. I then said so you guys not only screwed it up twice but now you won't give me a refund you have his card why can't you do it a girl the other day did it and she said I don't know. Really great customer service Kohl's!!! I tried to call instead of yelping, but when I called nobody answers their phone, I let it ring all the way driving home and then it finally said the person at that number is not accepting calls.

However, I only gave it two stars because it's usually so messy and garbage is laying all over the place that I think they really need to do a better job of cleaning up after they have a mad rush on their isles. I used to work retail and there is a way of doing that it's called hiring more people. And when they hire people from another country, they should really know how to speak English and not look at you and say I don't speak English when you ask for something.. So those are the reasons I only gave it two stars other than that I love TJ Maxx I think it's a great store.

They are great. The ladies working have always been very helpful when I've gone in, though there have been a few instances where they didn't have the necessary sizes for some shoes. Not a huge deal because I found something that would work. A good local shop for your work shoe needs, but they also have some other high quality (as in good for your foot health) casual shoes, so it's worth checking even if you just want some nice comfortable everyday shoes.

They have the following brands: Russell Athletic, Brooks, Spalding, Jerzees, Vanity Fair Brands, and Fruit of the Loom. Plus, it depends on what you are looking for in regards to non-logo apparel like undergarments, socks, short sleeve, long sleeve, tank tops, v-necks, and even hoodies. I found several items like undershirts and socks for a lower price than Walmart and Meijer. They were in the back section off on the right side. Score! Bottom line, there are those of us that do not want massive college logos on our clothing; at least not 24/7 or if we're not tailgating or going to a game. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, that, towards the back of the store is the Spalding area, they have full-size Spalding basketballs for $5.00 in various colors and teams; plus, miniature basketballs for $3.00.
