Can't say enough how much I enjoy this salon. The staff are very kind and Linh does amazing nails, I have never been disappointed in the years since I have started coming here. They are also very flexible and work with my schedule when needed which I really appreciate. I'm glad to have finally found a salon near me that is hygienic, safe, and welcoming. It's often hard to find all three in one but I have never felt a need to worry at Natural Nail. Linh, the owner, once again worked her magic--I wanted a half ombré nail color. I have come here for years and just have to say how nice the new changes are. I love the updated manicure tables and lights! The girls are all kind and while I'm a basic French Manicure gal - they do a lot of creative things on nails. What I love most is I don't walk out smelling like polish, remover doesn't hurt my nails and I know it's a little more natural way of doing things. The vibe is very weird. The interior is very old. The chairs have holes in them. The bowl I was put in the liner was too big so I felt like I was soaking in a garbage bag. My daughter and I felt like our go to nail salon was not performing the way it used to so it was time to find a new salon. I was amazed to see the reviews for this place, and I had to check it out for myself. The location was easy to find right off of Roosevelt Road. We were able to get a parking spot directly in front, but I wouldn't know where to park if the salon was busy (street parking, back lot?) My daughter wanted a no chip mani-pedi and I wanted a regular mani-pedi. We came on a Thursday late afternoon and we were seated right away. It was refreshing to be offered a full size bottle of water and to listen to relaxing spa music while getting a massage in the massage chair. I wish I knew the name of the older woman who did my nails. She was kind and took the time to really clean my cuticles like never before. My heels were pretty rough too but she was wonderful with fixing that. The water wasn't scalding hot and the tub was lined. My daughter was also impressed and extremely pleased with how well our nails were cared for. We did not feel rushed and it was just a relaxing mother/daughter nail day. Came across this place while doing a search on Yelp and went yesterday for the first time. I had both a mani and pedi and both turned out great. I had Tiffany as my nail technician and she did a wonderful job. The place was clean and well organized. They used a disposable plastic liner in the basin for the pedicures so you are assured that it is sanitary and clean. They use only natural products which I like (no harmful chemicals or bad odors). The nail technicians and owner are all fluent in English, which is a big plus since you can easily communicate with them. (I am not putting down people new to this country who haven't learned English yet but I had a bad experience in another nail salon where the nail technician did not speak English.) Overall, I had a very favorable experience and will definitely go again. read more

I'm not one to give 5 out of 5 stars, but this came so close. I really wanted to try the organic manicure as I've been curious for a long time about trying something that works as well as a no-chip or dip, but doesn't have all of the carcinogenic chemicals included. I have to say, I definitely don't think that it'll last the 2-3 weeks my normal no-chips do, but wow the quality of the service. I so wish that I would've gotten the name of the young woman who did my nails. She was absolutely phenomenal. I think she was the first person - ever - to use a file on my nails and not leave at least one mark. Don't get me wrong, I'm a bit of a baby. The filing down along the sides of my nails - eh gross I get goosebumps just thinking about it - but there were no issues here. Not happy at all. This is my second time here and I really wanted to like it. I got a dip and pedicure-prebooked my appt and when I showed up they weren't ready-no problem...I sat down in an awfully uncomfortable pedi chair and was trying to maneuver it but I felt like it was swallowing me up! I went for the deluxe pedicure-it says EXTRA MASSAGE. I did not get an extra massage. I was told the hot stone was the massage-WHAT!? No foot massage or massage on my calfs or shins!!!! Regular pedi is 32-the one I got was 44. She then tells me when clients want an extra massage they pay an extra 10.00...WELL!?! Then my nails-they are too thick and there are bubbles in them. When I showed her she asked me if I wanted her to fix...WTH. Um...am I paying!? My appt was at 2:00 and I was with the nail tech around 3:00. This was a Sunday and they close at 5, well people kept calling and she kept taking them in. So as I'm getting my nails done she's answering the phone, booking the next and the next, not paying attention to the person in front of her!! Then when she was done I still had the collagen wrap on my feet-she takes it off, rubs it in and puts my sandals on with all this moisture on my feet. And says "don't worry it's just collagen" I was slipping outta there like a duck! Then I pay and she rushes off to the next appt-well guess what? I won't be back. Treat the people in front of you like gold! Not like manure!!! Side note:my toenails are crooked, one is round and one is square. PET PEEVE!!! 89.00 out the door. Rushed-swallowed up-bubbled nails and crooked duck feet... unhappy! One more thing... The place isn't clean either...got a fungus in one of my nails. I do not recommend. Onto my next journey. I came for the first time on Saturday morning as a walk in and I was immediately greeted so nicely by Lin, I told her that I had ripped off my acrylics (from ANOTHER LOCATION) because they were done horribly and she said there was no problem and sent me to Lucy! When they sat me down they proceeded to ask if I wanted anything and brought me a selection of colors to choose from! Lucy did an amazing job, even when my nails were as thin as paper she did her job carefully and with precision! I was super happy leaving this place! They are now doing dip powder by pour over, which is safer for everyone. Nugenesis is the most natural and cruelty-free powder I have found, and I was THRILLED to find that's what they use. Linh (owner) is super nice and very accommodating. Tiffany has been doing my powder color and she is SO meticulous. They last longer than any other application I've ever had. I love how this salon is natural and uses products that are natural. My daughter is getting married and I really wanted to do the mani-pedi with her and my other daughter. We tried it out for the shower, and all 3 of us were impressed! Loved the massage chair and the fact that I didn't even need a mask since there are no toxic smells!
