It wasn't busy and my wait time was no more than 10 minutes before I got called in to take a sit on one of their fancy pedicure chairs. Their check in system is awesome! You check in using a tablet by the entrance where you enter your phone number, name, and pick the service you're there for. They've list describing each service and what it includes along with the prices for each near by. The location was very clean and organize. They've so many color options! Something I noticed that I don't really see at most locations is that they've bagged sterilized tools for each customer and I loved that! No just using alcohol and wiping the tools they've actually have little sterilized bags!! I did not get the chance to get my tech's name but she was extremely gentle and meticulous. She did pinch my toe and I may have scared her when I jumped but accidents do happen and she was extremely apologetic. Instead of just acknowledging it, she immediately says, "No, I can't do that." No explanation. When I asked why, she just kept repeating herself and then said she didn't feel comfortable because my "skin is sensitive." My skin is NOT sensitive--I was just asking her to be careful, like any normal client would. Then it got worse. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me and said I was "being weird." At that point I was honestly shocked. I've never had anyone speak to me like that at a salon. I ended up just getting up and leaving because the whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
