My friend recommended me this place and told me to ask for either Lee or Debbie. I asked for Debbie and thankfully she was able to take me in last minute. I don't trust alot of nail salons due to the fact that I wasn't happy with the work. But Debbie took her time when working with me, after filing my nails down she asked if I liked the shape of them which not a lot of nail salons do. I appreciated the time she took to file them, shape them and work on them overall. I like that she took her time to make sure I was happy with them. It was very clean and calm inside. I will definitely be coming back (: service was friendly and attentive. There isn't too much parking due to the fact that it is located in a busy plaza so just be mindful when booking and come a couple minutes earlier than your scheduled time. read more

They do not sterilize their tools properly. My first time coming here and I got an infection from unsterile cuticle trimmer. They are also extremely rough and hurt/cut you. I should have taken it as a sign when another customer was walking out unsatisfied as I entered. read more

I 100% recommend this place, since day 1 we have an amazing experience where we receive attentive customer service. Nancy & Debbie are mine & my Mom's go-to. 4 days post Gel on acrylic nails, ACRYLIC NAILS. I've should have known better. But I was desperate and unfortunately PUV couldn't take me in. I never write negative reviews and I hate to resort to this -- but this is a disaster. I gave this business many chances. From a manicurist tugging on my hand as a signal to stop chatting with my friend aside me, to the receptionist jumping in to do a manicure on a busy day (to not miss a sale) only so I would go back the next day to have them redone as the gel literally peeled away throughout the night and now.... More than a year later, this. I noticed one bubble and immediately she blamed me. "You didn't put your thumb in all the way" -- How, I don't understand. Then she proceeds with not to worry, it will settle in with top coat. Within hours I notice additional air bubbles. I will take my losses and never return again. It's also super strange they pressure you to ZELLE them and will rudely bounce back with a $1 fee if you use your card. One more dollar to add to my loss! read more

I come here for my full set of nails with Lee. Love his work. I get compliments every time he does my nails. Molly is terrible at managing appointments. I never make one. But EVERY time that I have been there someone walks in because they have an appointment but the nail tech is either working with someone else or has left for the day. I am so disappointed that after so many years that Ive came to this place they gave my sister, who is here from out of state, such bad service. She paid $95 for fills & pedi w fill. For the regular fill they literally GLUED the nail (index finger) w no acrylic over it!!! Idk why they switched powders or wth they did vbut as you can see her thumb is white!! Her pedi - the tech insisted on cutting her nails down but my sister did NOT want them trimmed! She pid for the sugar scrub and massage but did not get any of that. Her feet weren't scrubbed at all. I called to let them know and they first said she should've said something, which my sister did!! Its so disappointing for them not to take ownership of their wrong doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was my first time at this salon and will be my last. Worst experience ever!!! I wish I got the name of the lady who did my mani and pedi. She was very rude and rushed through everything. She told me I needed to pay before finishing my nails. I was confused at first and thought I misheard. But she said, "you pay first" I asked her, "so are you not going to finish my nails?" and she responded, "yes, I finish after you pay" I felt like she thought I wasn't going to pay.
