We went yesterday, but she was off, so my mom came back today specifically to have her do her nails. Unfortunately, when she arrived, the technician we requested was on her phone and did not acknowledge or attend to us. Instead, someone else ended up doing my mom's nails, despite us specifically coming back for the technician we had requested. On top of that, the quality of the nail service was not what we expected. The paint application was uneven and looked poorly done, which was especially disappointing given that we made a separate trip back to the salon. I understand that things can happen, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed especially because i've been coming here for over a year every two weeks, Cindy always asks about my mom and when my mom comes in she's not even acknowledged. When customers specifically request a technician and make the effort to return for that person, I believe they should be treated with more consideration and professionalism.
