Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. What upset me the most was how my concerns were handled. When I told Annie that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out, instead of trying to fix the issue or offering any solution, she told me there was nothing she could do. She came across as rude, had an attitude, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. As a paying customer, I expected at least an effort to address the problem, not to be dismissed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I left feeling disappointed and won't be returning.
