Amazing! First time here and the service was great! All of them are so nice and very friendly! They take their time and the work comes outs so pretty! Just the way I asked. I've been coming here ever since I discovered this place, and they're truly the best nail salon I've been to. Their gel-x retention is amazing, my sets last a full month with no issues! Cindy and Steven are also incredibly caring about your nail health. When I went in for a removal, Steven recommended a builder-gel set to strengthen my nails, explained every step, and even taught me how to ask for a refill for future color changes.I recommend them to everyone!

I needed my nails done over the holiday weekend and all my usual places were closed. I was nervous to try a new place but the few reviews here were positive and the pictures looked great, so I call for a walk in. I'm so happy I gave them a chance and that they were open and so accommodating. The service was great! Everyone is so nice and as someone who is very picky, I can happily say they did great on my French tip pedi & gel x nails. The salon is small but roomy and very clean. There is a parking lot in the plaza but it's shared with other businesses and small so it can be busy. However there was plenty of street parking nearby. I will definitely be back when I need a new set. read more

This was my first time here, and I am so impressed! The technicians are extremely nice, welcoming, and friendly. They do great work and spent a lot of time making sure my manicure and pedicure were perfect. I also really appreciated how clear and transparent they are with their pricing. I opted to leave my toenails plain without color this time, and as you can see, they cleaned and groomed them incredibly well! I came here because its close to home, the first time i came i got a great detailed pedicure by cindy! I went about a month later for a pedicure and as i waited i was offered nails with steven, steven looked familiar and as i talked to him more we discovered he was my long lost nail tech from about 9 yrs ago! My 2nd time here and Mia gave me a perfect pedicure!! She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Pedicure was $35 and I love the hot towel at the end. Too nails has great service and great technicians! Steven is very nice and always takes care of the customers. 10/10 read more

Had some issues at first but the nails lasted 3 weeks. I got medium long for $70 gel pedicure was $30 I think. It's small but cheaper price than other places and the nails did look nice. read more

I had my toes done with I forgot her name , and she hurt me four times shoving the toe clippers into my cuticle on the toes from the sides , I told her the second time that it hurt but she continued to go rough I'm shy and don't like conflict so I let her and just assumed I was being over dramatic but then she made me bleed from 3 of my toes that's fine ... so I paid and she had audacity to ask me for tip.... like I said I am shy so I tipped her . I went home and told myself by tomorrow the pain will be gone . NOPE . I woke up with swollen toes and pus all over my nails I cried and idk what to do now but I for sure will neverrrr go back there . guys if u do get a pedicure please be sure she cleaned the tools CORRECTLY . I am currently in pain and soaking my toes in warm water cause I'm diabetic and am afraid of long term damage to my feet or toes. worst nail place everrrr hate it there and wouldn't recommend it not even to my enemies. read more

Like other have posted this isn't the cutest place so if that's what you need then this isn't the joint for you...I NEED to get a pedicure or I get ingrown toe nails. A lot of places won't do all that and all of the ladies that have helped me ALWAYS took care of me. Yeah, the wait is long but trust me they will take care of you and take your time. So if you can understand why some people take so long, like me you don't mind the wait. If you just need a pedicure to have cute feet then go elsewhere. Love this place. 12$ for a pedi. read more

Where's mary? She does a Fantastic job on your feet when am lucky enough to get her to give me a pedicure she gets in there and goes to work, beating the soles of my feet and massaging them ,man am in heaven. The chair's at this spot are soft and comfortable with a massage action that will get those knots in your back out after a hard day at work Men and women are welcomed , and guy's there's no shame in maintaining your feet looking and feeling like a million bucks , your wives or girlfriends will appreciate it also. read more

It was my first time coming here. Right when I walked in I was greeted at the door and a man ( I didn't get his name) sat me down and started working on my nails. I loved the way they came out. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't have a wide selection of gel colors but besides that this place was great. I believe I paid abt $30 for a gel fill read more

I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I usually go to the same person but I'm in urgent need of a pedicure. I've come twice already 2 weeks in a row and no one wants to do my pedicure like I get it I guess they want their customers to stay loyal to the employee but cmon I've come twice already 2 weeks in a row and they literally turn me down! Not even the lady who does my eyebrows wants to help me! I don't live close to here w/ traffic it's about a 30 minute drive or more! I just think it's super rude like I said I've been coming here for almost 10 years! read more

Growing up in this little city I have been coming here for many many years. All the ladies here do great pedicures and take their time and give you professional work! By professionals I mean PROS.. You'll leave the place thinking what a difference it does and whenever I go to other places it never compares to the work they do. This is the only place I go for eyebrow waxing because the owner does tender work and wax is painless! They have many loyal customers and prices are affordable. read more

Once seating became available, three members of our group were placed together for services, while my 8 year old daughter and I were seated separately on the opposite side of the salon, which limited our ability to enjoy the group experience. During the visit, the manager greeted part of our group and introduced his wife, giving them additional attention. While this may have been well-intentioned, it created an inconsistent experience for the rest of the group. I requested a basic pedicure with regular nail polish and declined any additional services. My daughter also received regular polish only. However, after reviewing my receipt, I noticed we were charged for gel services that were not requested. For reference, the $47 pedicure was mine, and the $15 manicure/pedicure was for my daughter--both were regular polish services. The total was higher than expected based on what was provided. I chose not to return to dispute the charges, but I recommend confirming services and pricing before payment and always requesting a receipt. Additionally, I later learned the manager apologized to the person who booked the appointment regarding the seating. As I was the one directly affected and still present at the time, it would have been more appropriate to address that directly with me.

Then I got the booking info for another Nail Tech by the name of Alexis in the same shop and booked through her Gloss Genius link. Texted several times and called to confirm, just to receive a text stating she was "on my way" (this was around 11AM) which I thought was odd considering my appointment wasn't until 3:30PM. Then when I asked again to confirm my appointment, I NEVER received a response. Then fast forward 30 minutes before my alleged 3:30PM appointment. I get a text from a COMPLETELY different number than the one listed on her Gloss Genius site, telling me that because a booked the appointment at 11PM the night BEFORE, it was considered a same day appointment and she doesn't do those. THEN she claims that the first number I texted wasn't hers (although it's the SAME number listed on her booking page) and she didn't know who that was. If that's not your phone number then how did you know I booked and how did you get my number to text me? Just unprofessional all around when it comes to just booking the appointment so I won't be finding out if they can actually do nails. Terrible customer service.

I came here today to remove some acrylic nails and they did a perfect job at doing so and have my nails looking nice and cute as if they never had acrylics on them, very clean and nice inside and they give great service!
