I did give them a 2nd chances horrible Services again! take too long to do my pedicure one hour and 46 mins and she have not start my nails yet! Not just me notice it, they're looks very confused with each other and to the customers. When she start with my nails is starting to get tingling because it leaves with chemical w/ foil wrapping too long then they keep filing all the way down to my own skin. I had my nails done 8 days ago and they already broke. While I appreciate their art and attention to detail here, they do everything by hand (no nail drills) so it's very time consuming and the dip layer is ultimately way too thin, and that's after I asked if I could have two layers of dip. I called the day before for a morning appointment on a Wednesday for a mani/pedi and was able to book with no problem. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, was greeted, showed where the colors were and told what chair I would be in. My hands were sensitive, and she was gentle when she was removing my old gel set. I have come here multiple times since it's so close to where I live. Props to them for having good Covid protocols: take temp upon arrival, make you wash your hands right away, and masks are required (though some women would pull them down a hair and weren't strongly enforced to pull back up). The last two times I have gone in to get a shellac manicure ($35), multiple nails have peeled off in less than a week (photo attached) which is not my experience with other salons. Best place I've found in Denver for nails- though slightly on the more expensive side I think it's worth it for the quality of work they do. I used to go a different place and would come home and have to immediately reshape my nails- not so here! Staff is really friendly and very particular about doing your nails the right way. Also a very clean salon, using liners for the spa chairs and new packs of tools for every customer. Regular mani + pedi will run you $55 which includes about an hour and half of service time plus hot stone massage. Seems like the employees are happy here (one girl told me the owner likes to treat them to lunch occasionally) and it makes for a good environment. Would highly recommend! They only take walk ins, but I've never waited more than 15 mins even at peak times (i.e. Saturday afternoons) as they are typically well staffed. read more

I made an appointment to get a pedicure and dip manicure on my birthday with a friend. I had a pedicure from here previously and it was pretty good. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and my friend got the classic, she finished mine before my friend who got the classic pedicure. The entire time both ladies were rude and disrespectful and seemingly really annoyed that I wasn't putting my hand where it needed to be. The dip also was left lumpy. I am someone that gets my nails done every month for the last 5-6 years and have never once complained about a service before. Just had a horrible experience here for my wedding pedicure. I'm a nurse and work on my feet all day so I have tons of calluses. Every single pedicure package has callus removal so i picked the basic one as I didn't want a massage. They left all of the dead skin with my feet looking so raggedy & were about to start painting so I nicely asked them to remove all the skin. They argued with me that it just keeps coming off. I said that's how dead skin is until you get it all, it will keep coming off. They eventually agreed to remove the calluses if I upgraded my package which i agreed. They were clearly talking crap about me in a different language & made me so self conscious & anxious. I tried to explain I'm a nurse, it's my wedding & tensions were so high & they just ignored me every time I attempted to apologize or fix the tension. I left with tons of callus still on my feet & feeling horrible about myself because of how I was treated for having a lot calluses because I work on my feet all day taking care of other people. They were very nice- It was busy. I got a classic pedicure and a dip powder manicure. The pedicure was great- no complaints, 2 weeks layers and still looks great. The dip powder? Yikes. Applied no heat to It unlike every other salon I've been to. Was in the chair 2 full hours to get this done. I wouldn't have minded all this, but the dip powder lasted truly less than 2 weeks. Normally 3-4 weeks my nails hold them. I think It was done incorrectly. I'd be willing to give them another chance if they were able to correct the issue. read more

Well...this by far was the worst nail service I've experienced ever. First, I had a 1:30pm appointment for myself and my son's roommate. When we arrived, I said we have a 1:30 Pedicure appointment. The lady at the front desk said wash your hands and pick a color. I was confused since we're getting no chip Pedicures. So I asked again and she repeated. So as we washed our hands and proceeded to get the polish. Another worker asked do you have an appointment. We said yes. She said have a seat in the waiting area. So as we waited 15 minutes, she asked if we could take a seat. We sat at the chairs for 30 minutes, no water in the bowls and no towels covered. Finally, someone came out and added water to the bowl and a towel. I'm thinking when, is she going to soak my feet, I have no chip polish. After, 30 minutes she asked is this gel. I said no, it's no chip could you soak the nails to remove the polish. She removed the water and added it again. I was totally confused. So I asked whats happening. She said the bowl is broken. By then, I'm not happy but I remained respectful for the sake of my son and his friend, Anyway our appointment was 1:30. We got out two hours later. I paid for the special pedicure for both. The lady who did my Pedicure cut one of my toes. By then I am just furious, I requested she finish and let me out of the chair. I will never support this business ever again!!!!
