I went with a small group and we had a great experience! The staff was very personable and the pedicures were fabulous. The polish dries SO quickly and I love the concept of customizing your treatment! Definitely plan on going back with other parties!

Place is cute, but that doesn't make up for being overcharged for a horrible service. Jennifer did a really bad pedicure. Like really, really bad. I still tipped her because I believe in supporting local businesses, but for $80, I expected a nice pedicure. The polish was very messy (see pic), the massage was wimpy, she left oil dripping down my legs, and she really didn't even trim my cuticles. When I looked down, I saw she was actually snipping the air- going through the motions without actually accomplishing anything! Just in case it sounds like I'm just a complainer, my daughter had an excellent pedicure with Chrissy during the same visit. She did a good massage and a very nice neat polish on her. Not sure if Jennifer was just having a bad day, but I'll never go back there and be overcharged for crummy service again.

Just an update to exclaim my love for this salon. I really look forward to my biweekly visits. I request Stephanie each time, and she ensures my experience is stellar every single time. Here's a pic of her as she hand mixes my detoxifying leg mask. She also did an excellent polish job on my nails and toes. I went with an all-time favorite OPI color of mine - Funny Bunny.

great natural salon for non-chemical mani pedis. they don't do gel or extensions but provide options for strengthening your natural nails. also their polish options are very wide and fast drying

I just happened upon this spot while searching for pedicure spots near my friend's house. First of all when you walk in it's the absolute cutest ever, pink everywhere you turn. You pick your sugar scrub, bath bomb & body butter, which smelled awesome. When the ail tech used my selected products during my experience, the arom therapy was exactly what I needed on top of the massage itself. Great place for a girls-days-out.

Two weeks after my dip polish appointment two nails debonded.

I've been twice. First time I loved it! It's a truly beautiful place. I love that you get to pick out an in-house made sugar scrub, body butter, and bath bomb. One day I may buy their products for home use or as gifts. They are great. It's important to note that you can't schedule a mani and pedi at the same time. Hence my pedicure and gel manicure took from 5:35 pm to 8:00 pm. I'm not willing to invest that amount of time. Also there is a huge range of skill levels. I'm sure certain nail techs are great, but as a newcomer that person will likely be booked. The nail tech I saw was not comfortable shaping and trimming my cuticle. I had to really articulate how I wanted everything shaped and trimmed. (I just have short natural length nails.) **My biggest let down:** I know there probably isn't a guarantee of how long a dip polish should last, but typically it lasts until it grows out. However, at 14 days two nails came off completely, and two partially chipped. They actually looked great to start, but they clearly were not done correctly. One came off at brunch with friends and one came off just washing my hands. I've never had dip come off entirely especially before it's grown out. *See photo.* My Zoya polish on my toes still looks good surprisingly. Pros: beautiful place, nice staff, music, wine, great products Cons: inefficient, quality extremely variable and inconsistent especially for the price, all staff doesn't seem calibrated You might be more satisfied in your strip mall salon.

    So far so good!

Pink Pedi Salon is officially one of my favorite nail places in Dallas. The experience here is truly spa like. It's located in a cute retail center in West Dallas, with plenty of parking. It's a very small and intimate salon, which is perfect because you don't get that overcrowded feeling like most places. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a staff member who will then walk you through the process of getting prepared for your appointment. You will get a basket where you are instructed to pick one scented bath bomb, a sugar scrub, and a body butter. The cool thing about Pink Pedi Salon, is that all of their products are chemical free and made in house. The highlight of my visit here was my nail tech Rose. She was OUTSTANDING! Rose is the reason that I'll keep coming back. She's so sweet and passionate about her craft. I was memorized by her technique when she applied that nail polish stroke by stroke all the way to the cuticle then back up to the tip of my nails. Rose is a perfectionist and I appreciate that because it shows in her work. Whether you're in the area or not, you must make an appointment with Pink Pedi Salon if you are looking for a five star mani and pedi treatment.

I agree to follow through. So I hit j up in the DM for pricing and Booked an appointment paid my deposit with Zelle and the rest was a breeze! It was small studio single-service chairs and very clean and neat and yes mask is required which I prefer to wear at nail shops anyway because of the strong toxic smells. Upon reading my original review, she reached out immediately (I didn't even make it to the soak off appointment I had made for the same day) offering a partial refund and to redo my mani/pedi. I went in the next day to get my nails redone and I cannot emphasize how great my experience was. Masiel is an absolutely incredible nail tech, taking her time and paying extreme attention to detail. My baby toenail is almost nonexistent and she not only painted it, but French tipped it!!!! My original pedicure wasn't even French tipped, she just offered to do it since I mentioned I'd never had them before! I was astounded. On top of being skilled and knowledgeable, she is funny and friendly. The tech who did my services originally, apologized, and mentioned that she's working with Veronica to make sure whatever happened before, doesn't happen again. I was so touched by how everyone cares so much about their customers and the work they do. My previous review stated I wouldn't give this business any more money, a statement which I now HEAVILY retract. I would 100% return here because if something were to go wrong, I know they would bend over backwards to fix the problem and make sure I'm satisfied as a customer. In the few times I've been in, there have been multiple regulars around me who all seem right at home in the salon, on first name basis with the other techs and employees. If I lived in Dallas, I would definitely make this my regular salon too.

I walked in and was greeted immediately, I checked in on the tablet and was asked about the service I was wanting. Now I wasn't handed a menu and there wasn't a board with services and prices so I told the guy, I wanted a pedicure. He went on to say there's a $35, $45, and the price kept going up but what I wasn't being told is what all comes with the service. I finally picked the $45 and was lead to the polishes to pick a color. Once my color was picked I was directed to take a seat. The guy who came to provide my service put a weighted pillow around my neck and started the service. However I realized quickly he didn't speak very much English as I kept telling him "I'm diabetic" as I needed him to know the importance of not cutting me or using any sharp instruments on my feet (yes I'm talking about that cheese grater folks like to use). A lady came by and offered me a drink. One again, no menu so I had to ask what was available. When my pedicure was done I was told to sit and let dry however as I looked at my toes, I saw things that didn't sit well with me. The polish looked lumpy, the paint job was messy, and I had place where you can see where skin had been clipped. So I called someone over cause my guy was gone and I asked about this. She brought someone else over who took the polish off and redid the painting however they also left before the top coat was applied so I had I'm assuming one of the managers finish the job. I went during their "Mother's Day special" but I guess that didn't get applied but once again lesson learned. It's a nice clean spot however I can't say I felt that I got what I paid for. I hate that this was my experience as I was hoping for something closer to home so I didn't have to drive across town for a decent pedicure. However for me, this wasn't it.
