We came here because of the hours. This place closes at 10!! This is so convenient when you work late and can only go to a nail salon later in the day. I love that this is in a hotspot of Dallas right by the American Airlines Stadium And truly looks upscale. It was bright, modern, upscale, and beautiful on the inside! We were sat immediately and offered drinks. My favorite part of the entire experience was the massage. The massage chairs really work your back, I almost fell asleep! Overlay refill done 7 days ago was beautiful! But 2 days after I had a corner break on both index fingers while on vacation. So came back to get a repair today 3/24/26. Manager said I would have to be charged because it was refill and not a new set ? Excuse me ? Other shops this is free of charge within a time frame! Instead of redoing the overlay or first asking to add a tip to my nails (that's not the point of an overlay) Brian cut the nails shorter ... well with that now all nails have to be cut down. The "repair" was terribly filed and rushed. Some of my nails are different lengths and it looks botchy! I'm very disappointed because yes I spent $174 and now another $15 to walk out with this and to feel liked I was ripped off today. I originally loved this set (Thank you Bri for this amazing color!!) and now I hate it. This is my second nail set from here. And less then 10 days later the nails are chipping and breaking. It was a rushed job. Charged me $90 for short tip builder and French which I paid in full but got this service. They were packed and told me short staff. I would have rather they turned me away then rush the job. And unfortunately this was the first time I said anything and they weren't every kind. Even though you can clearly see the nail job was not well done. And now it's not even lasting 2 weeks. Drove 30 minutes to this nail shop for a pedicure and manicure. The woman they sent over to do my hands, didn't greet me when I said hello and was clearly rushing. I told her I'd rather not have my hands done at the same time as my pedicure because doing both at the same time hurts my shoulder. She just walked off and no one said anything to me after that. Meanwhile, people who came in after me were getting seated and serviced. I asked the host guy what was going on, and instead of just explaining, he got defensive. Saying about how I told the woman I didn't want service my hands done at the same time and saying there was no one available to do my pedicure. And I was like interesting because there are people who just walked in after me have been seated and are getting pedicures. I'm wondering why no one said anything to me. That still didn't explain why people who walked in after me were already in chairs being helped. Or why I wasn't offered to get my manicure first. They were the ones that seated me where the pedicures were. On top of that, the prices are unreadably high, $60 for a regular gel manicure with no French tip. That's why they offer "free" drinks. It's all marked up. If I'm paying that much, I expect basic courtesy and communication. There was a clear attitude the moment I asked very reasonable questions. It definitely felt like if you're Black and you speak up or ask for clarity, they treat you like you're a problem. I wasn't rude at all, just wanted to know what was happening. I literally started going to this shop just a few days after its initial opening. As a Victory Park resident, I was really looking forward to this location as there's no other nail shops in our area. As someone who's been going to this shop basically since its opening, and willingly pays the premium prices that they charge, I would expect exceptional customer service for a loyal, repeat, routine customer. Every time I go to the salon, I make an appointment in adv. with my tech & she's amazing. I'm gatekeeping her, sorry! However, I've seen walk-ins get better treatment than people who actually make appointments or are repeat customers. My nail tech is now forced to rush & finish as fast as possible because she has to make sure that she services the walk-ins that she's given without any notice. If you actually cared about your nails, you would make an appointment. As the customer, I'm now pissed at nail tech. The salon has now ruined the relationship between the customer and the nail tech and now the nail tech and the salon for interfering with a loyal customer. Also, this place has an unprecedented amount of gnats ... yuck! For the amount I'm paying, I would expect it to be much cleaner and have better customer service. read more

leaving this review in hopes to help someone else. i went to this salon last min as i just moved to texas and needed my nails done before my birthday. i was originally quoted 150 for this set and after i told her to take off the chrome we settled on 125. after tip i paid around 135 for this set including a soak off. well today i ended up finding a nail tech and she does not work over other techs work so she did a soak off and discovered the use of MMA products. in the video posted you can see the gummy texture of the nails being soaked off. YOU NAILS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THIS. she informed me that this is a highly dangerous products that salons often use to cut expenses however can pose serious health risks. i'm just disappointed because this was NOT a cheap set however the quality of work was not there and they did not even use quality products for the amount i paid. i would advise you to be very wary of getting your nails done here and i have filed a complaint with the texas TDLR broad. you all need to do better! read more

I usually talk amazing about this nail shop and have been telling my friends to go since everyone is so kind, I am get very good results, AND they're open late!! The previous times I've gone everything seems perfect. I loved the nail shape, she was very precise with the polish, and she was gentle with my nails. However this most recent time, my acrylic manicure left me with cuts on 7 of my fingers that bleed. All my fingers skin are busted up from the dremel and they're red and burn a bit with water. I'm not super fussy about nail shape or designs being perfect so im ok with my results (but wow $180 for pedi and acrylic is surprising). There is a big difference between nail techs there. If I could give 0 stars I would, I came in here at 9:30pm and the place closes at 10 so I guess that's definitely my fault. They took me in and I got the Gel-x nails, on the screen when I checked in it said they were $65. I ended up paying $120 + $20 in tip PLUS parking for literally what is the worse nails I've ever had!!!! I cannot believe I literally payed $160 JUST for nails, I usually pay this much for nails + a pedi with gel in my regular salon that closed early. The gel-x is like press ons (I have a wider set of nails) I wish the lady told me this before hand but after she was done they literally looked like I pressed on nails $5 from Walmart. I was so upset and they could tell (mind you this was already 10:30) so they offered to fix it and ended up leaving the salon at 12:30 - I was there for 4 HOURS! My parking that was supposed to be $5 ended up being $20. I was so tired and the nails were still bad because they just fixed them and not entirely started from scratch. The guy ended up charging me a few "service fees" for FIXING what they messed up?!?? That's why my horrible nails ended up being $140 with tip. Please stay away from here at all costs! read more

The guy that works the front desk, TONY, tends to be extremely stressed and emotional most times. I come in for a specific nail tech. She started here not too long ago (the best!). The first time I booked with her, she was not done when the time I was scheduled to be with her because he put her with a walk in close to my appointment time. He's money driven, and not people driven. First red flag. THEN, I decided next time to be a walk-in instead to see what works. He said "she can wait" to his colleague with a sassy attitude, which is fine! I didn't mind waiting or the attitude lol. for the next visit, I planned on scheduling an appointment with her instead of being a walk in. So I called and he answered, and as I attempted to schedule the appointment with her, he made it a hassle due to the fact that the time was booked already and I told him I can just be a walk in instead, and just wait on her. Then he switched the rules and said I was not "allowed" to wait. At this point it feels like he taking things personal. Now TODAY, I came in 30 minutes early to get with her. He made it an issue because he already had someone with her before me, and me and my nail tech wasn't aware. It was his delivery to rely that to me that was not professional. It was expected! He's always complaining about how my nail tech takes too long so that's why I was kind of confused on why he was schedule someone before me. Come to find out, she didn't even complete the client before me so now he has to stand on having me with her at 8:30!!!! So he did it on purpose to tell me off in a way. It's all good now, but It feels like he's on edge with women of color. It's honestly unnecessary! Yes I'm stern with him because he tends to make it difficult for customers who prefers a specific nail tech. He has a thing where he speak against his nail techs by trying to insult them to prevent himself from taking accountability. DISAPPOINTED!!! DISGUSTED!!! My nails stated lifting 3 days ago. Not even a full week after I just got this set done. Which was almost $200. I got this set done on the 27 of December 2024. Today is 1/5. Ridiculously overpriced for the below standard work that was done here. I also paid extra for a cuticle treatment because I was told it does not come with a full set service (which is as also ridiculous) but I paid it. As you can see from the pictures my cuticles are a COMPLETE DISASTER. The design was not done right either. The tech cured gel on top of messed up design and it shows very badly. I do not appreciate the minimal effort on the design. If you mess it up you must fix it correctly. To make matters worse the nail tech was very sick , sneezing all over me and sniffing constantly hope wiping her nose with her hand. This is unsanitary as well as unprofessional and contagious. To make matters worse, Brandon who did my pedicure and as lifting my dress WITHOUT WARNING OR CONSENT to do my pedicure. This is grossly inappropriate when he could have asked me to manage it myself or at least warn me. He did this about 3 times total. Each time I was offended and humiliated as well as confused. He did not use the pumice to smooth out my feet after I requested it either. Which I should r have to. The cheese grater tool is much too harsh for my skin as I don't have callus and it's very obvious to a real professional. However I do get dry skin that needs to be smoothed out. He made faces and barely scrubbed. Even after I went in and felt my own feet were rough and requested that he go back AGAIN. He did not file the sides of my tonails or underneath. My pinky toes look jagged other. Besides the location of being in Vickery park , this nail salon is below standard I am very dissatisfied with my service which was around $300 total for hands and feet. read more
