So you just have to ask I also had eyebrows and lips waxed. And it was right around 80 bucks. They took me as a walk-in. He barely took out any cuticles on the hands and feet and did a rushed job. All other nail salons were booked up around the area...after receiving this service no wonder they were empty. This location used to be Elegant Nails. They are next door to Edible Arrangements and Zino's Greek, to the left of Albertsons. This salon has had a makeover and is under new ownership. The staff is friendly and are detail oriented- nails come out looking like nails that a professional did. They have tons of dipping powder with matching gel polish colors. I have never had to wait more than five minutes for me to be seated in the pedicure chair. I wish this business good luck as we climb out of the pandemic. read more

Only came here because I needed my nails done for a wedding,and it was empty and my salon was booked.. The owner was rude , sarcastic, not friendly whatsoever! It was so uncomfortable I canceled the pedicure. I was charged $52 for a fill! That looked like crap! He went way too short then left my nail thick and wide... it was awful!! Never again. read more

Wow. When I was finishing up my visit, the store got hit with 3 families for services and only had 3 techs working. My acrylic full job got rushed at the end and when I got home, I noticed how bad they were. Not only them, but my pedicure had polish all over my toes and one nail was cut so sharp it cut into my other toe. Unfortunately we were leaving town so I wasn't available to return to discuss the issue until 5 days later but I took pictures the day of my service to show them. When I returned today to speak to someone I was told they could fix them for me but that was it. I didn't have time and my next visit was supposed to be to get my nails done for a wedding. I explained this and was told again that all they would do was fix this set. No attempt to help reach a solution that would actually work for me. I spent almost $200 for the both and all I was given were excuses. "They should have cleaned up better. I can't go off of you pictures the day of as you could have messed them up yourself. We buff away your natural nail to keep them clean. If you don't want that, you have to say something." Are you kidding? I wasn't aware that buffing away my natural nail underneath was a thing so how could I say no to it? And even if that's the case, it should be smooth right? Not with sharp edges and the acrylic lifting away from the nail the same day. Why would I let you "fix" it if this is the job that's done in the first place? Ricky did my toes and Eric my nails. I used to enjoy this place but if this is the quality of work that they are standing behind now......I think I will do somewhere else. read more

I'm a little conflicted on this place. The people are very nice and the nail work has been great the last 2 times I've been here. But I was disappointed with the dead skin removal during the pedicure process. (Sorry, I'm aware this is kind of gross). Personally using a sponge isn't sufficient for me, as you can tell from the (gross) photo. I would've appreciated the infamous "cheese grater" method, but I didn't notice the bottoms of my feet were still calloused until later on in the day. The gel polish looks great though. read more

I was recommended by a family member to check out this place . Went on a Tuesday morning around 11 with no wait, prompt service, friendly nail techs and a great experience! I did not feel rushed at all, A complaint I have had with many salons I've tried here in El Paso. Got to take my time selecting a color. Just got a simple Mani and Pedi with gel, took about an hour and a half. Will most definitely return. Thanks ladies! I walked in and the person coming to attend me for a manicure was bare foot. The atmosphere was quite odd, the people who worked there were all just sitting on the pedicure chairs. Anywho, The man who was doing my manicure was super quick. He took out used tools, I'm sure we're used on multiple people and soaked my nails in a random bowl with warm water. The man cut my cuticles and made three of my nail beds bleed. My nails were pretty short because I'm growing them out so I guess not much can be done anyways, but when I put my nails under the uv light to dry the gel my nails burnt, I've only experienced that when getting acrylics so that was incredibly odd. After my manicure he charged me 30$ which was incredibly hefty for no reason. I was trying out new places, and this one didn't work for me. read more

Fantastic services, fantastic staff, fantastic prices. I can't say enough good things about them. My nail tech, Katie, pays careful attention to my requests, is patient when I'm indecisive, and remembers what I like and don't like. She also does fantastic freehand nail art, and probably a million other things I don't know about yet. I get amazing compliments on my nails; a coworker recently told me to hurry up and get a fill because she wants to see what new look I get. Broken, chipped, or lifting nails, as well as other concerns like shortening the nail length or adjusting the shape, are always dealt with immediately and usually at no extra cost (but tip your techs anyway, y'all!). Their pedicure and waxing services are also flawless. The employees are always friendly and accommodating; I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, but I've also never felt rushed when I'm in the chair. Another thing I appreciate is that all the employees I've encountered are responsive to and respectful of my "mood" - some days I'm in pain or tired and don't feel like chatting. No one ever tries to persist in chit-chat if I just want to sit quietly, but they're all chatty and cheerful and happy to talk when I do. They're all lovely people who do awesome work at a great price. read more

Did a pedicure with gel polish and a fill on my nails. Lily that did my pedicure was very very sweet and did a thorough job. Great massage, offered me a drink, and she is the first person who has ever cut my toenails as short as I want them. The pedicure prices are maybe a tiny bit higher than a couple other places I've gone to ($5 higher maybe). If the rating was only for pedicures I would give it a 4.5. The nails were another story. I did not get his name. He hurt me several times with filing burns and the polish chrome color was way off from what I requested when he did the first hand so I requested it be removed and just be a basic color. He charged me $10 extra. I think he should have confirmed the color was right before he did one entire hand. Then he acted rushed even though no one was waiting. After I left, the gel polish on my left thumb came off in the center within 1 day and several of my nails have actually chipped the acrylic off at the edges - something that's never happened before. I would go back for the pedicure but definitely not for nails. The salon was clean and there was not a long wait which was really nice! read more
