Stopped by Joe & The Juice before a departure flight after noticing it on previous trips when it was never open and glad I finally had the chance to try it. Although there were a few people waiting for their orders to be ready, Cassie was ready to help us as soon as we stepped up. Cassie provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely personable. We ordered the iced honey bun latte with whole milk and a smoothie, and both hit the spot. I'd say prices are typical for the airport which is higher than normal, but this feels like one of the better options if you're looking for a healthier option and a nutritionally balanced option. There are spots to sit if you want to enjoy your order there. Area was decorated nicely and Cassie was cleaning tables frequently for use. Thank you to Cassie for making a great first experience.

I love Joe and The Juice. This place is such a vibe. I definitely recommend you stop by. The Trust Your Gut is by far my favorite drink. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because it is a little slow, and since it's in an airport, you would hope it's a little quicker, and it is a little in pricer side. But overall would recommend.

My first time to one of these locations, I was surprised by their options on coffee, as well as healthy, protein-heavy, and nutrient-rich food items, as well as bars and things. The staff was super nice.

Great healthy option at MSP airport - Terminal 1, concourse C, near Gate C1. Ordered a ginger shot, AVO sandwich and acai bowl. Everything was delicious- especially the sandwich and service was friendly and quick. There's also a seating area to eat and wait for flight. Will be my go to spot if I happen to be in this airport.

    Açaí bowl

The açaí bowl was premade and frozen for $16!! There were no berries as advertised. Don't get the acai bowl from here because the bowl was half filled with frozen açaí, hard granola, and brown bananas.

Drinks are way too expensive but healthy, fresh-squeezed at the airport - that is big plus. Service great always. Nice vibe.

I wish I had more to say, but I waited in line for 5 minutes and didn't move at all. The line didn't advance even one person. I really needed a coffee, so I finally bailed out and tried another shop instead. Hopefully it was just an off day.

I was in the airport and wanted a quick smoothie. They unfortunately were out of the date puree that goes in every smoothie! I opted for a Power Shake instead. It was decent but very sweet. I would go again and try something else. The staff was nice and the area was clean. I just wish they had all the ingredients to make what I really wanted.

We were looking for something coffee while walking through the airport, terminal 1. I saw this shop, nice and pink. We walked in and ordered vanilla latte iced and hot. Also ordered a tunacado sandwich, delicious by the way. The bread was pressed and toasted. We noticed they also have collagen and protein powders stacked up near the glass, anyone who likes adding to their shakes, this cafe got you! Order at the counter and the staff will call out your name or order once it's ready.

Exactly what I needed to kick my cold over the finish line! Pricing is a bit steep. Great ambiance and grateful to come across this place.

Worst location ever. Never had a worse avocado sandwich anywhere. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there

I was happy to see a Joe and The Juice at the airport close to my gate. They have good drinks, bowls and other other food options. Sadly they were out of acai bowls which was my first choice and all their bowls. I settled for a Nutty smoothie which was good. All woman crew who were great.

    Herb Tonic
    Kimberly C.

Let's start with the sticker shock, $12 and change for a regular sized juice, ouch. That aside, I wanted something "clean", not heavy, greasy, artifical, or too rich. The Herb Tonic, their more popular option was tasty. The flavors of ginger, carrot and apple were prominent. In all it was well balanced and a blend I'd recommend, if you're able to splurge (or attempt it at home).

They were out of 2 of the 3 breakfast bowls. They didn't give us spoons, and when we asked they were rude and dismissive. Food wasn't bad.

A healthy alternative in the airport. A bit more sandy but still worth it in my opinion on the coffee and food

I will also try any ginger shots they have; I just love ginger. And the smoothie bowls are incredible. I always try a different one and have not been disappointed. The shop is super cute and clean. It has an inviting atmosphere with lots of color and plants. And it is a local, family-run business, so even better. They also do events and specials for holidays, like today! We went because they had their Valentine's Day menu available. I got a matcha chia seed pudding, a banana matcha drink, a pink ginger shot, and the double date smoothie bowl. I think they are all my new favorites. The chia seed pudding had a great matcha flavor and wasn't too sweet. The banana matcha drink is tasty with cacao and rose, definitely a treat! The smoothie bowl was amazing. It had a cherry smoothie base with strawberries, raspberries, bananas, chocolate, and coconut. It might be my new favorite. I really hope they add it to their menu. I would highly recommend this spot for a fresh, fruit-forward meal or drink. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in their work, and you can see their mom working as well. They are so sweet and quick, and want you to have a good time. Stop by anytime, but especially during their special menus!

It pains me to leave a review like this to a black owned business in Saint Paul, but I am severely…read moredisappointed in my experience today. If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.
