I went there to get contact lenses and first they didn't work so I sent them again to get them fixed. The second time they also didnt work and told me I needed a special contact. They should've told me I needed special contacts before I spent 175 dollars on them. They act like it's no big deal and like the money is noting bad happened. They are super unprofessional and couldve done a better job in helping but they didn't even give me a refund. Don't go there and waste your money. read more

This place has a fishy operational system or at the mere minimum they are extremely disorganized. I got my glasses less than a year ago and they charged me for some addons which I gladly paid. At first the glasses didn't feel right but after I called, they suggested to wait a month and see how I felt. I kept using my old glasses and try the new ones from time to time until I eventually got used to. I found that the glass was too thick comparing to the ones I usually got from my previous eye doctor in the City. My glasses got broken and came today to get them replaced under the guarantee. They flat out said that those glasses were not from them and that the frame nor the prescription matches what was on file. I was in shock; I was given glasses that did not match the prescription on my file yet they charged me for those services. At the end they put Dr. Dominguez on the phone who with a very condescending tone kept saying that those were not glasses from her practice and from time to time she made sounds insinuating that I was lying. Yet, didn't apologize nor occurred to her that perhaps the negligence and disorganization of her office got me the wrong or what they call "over the counter" glasses and charged the insurance for the real ones. Reading many nice reviews about this practice and having being treated last year nicely, I went this year again. My Observations are as followed: The Standard of care has fallen significantly. Doctor Domingues was unfriendly and I had to remind her of certain tests to do as I am Diabetic. She was trying to rush through the treatment to see the next patient. Although the test was for contact lenses, she gave me a prescription for glasses with increased weakness in my eyes and now I am hoping this is correct. I was charged $70 for the consultation. The unfriendly and rude worker there Jasmin was trying to convince me not to obtain contact lenses and switch to glasses and only if I order the contact lenses at a higher price more than $100 than outside, from their place, they will give me a discount On the consultation. I saw a week later Doctor Michelle who is very thorough and give Time and respect to patients. She ordered for me a trial contact lenses so I can try at home. I called the office several time and always put on hold by Jasmin up to an hour. Then the left eye contact lenses arrived for trial but not the right. Conclusion: Avoid Pink Vision at all costs and if you have to go, ask for Doctor Michelle. read more

Horrible service, the staff has no clue what their doing. I got my daughter's glasses with them, then a few months later I need to a small repair. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. After 6 weeks of waiting and several phone calls they advised that her glasses were on back order- (6 weeks after we placed the order) then when my husband picked them up the employee helping damaged the lens on my daughters glasses trying to get them in the new frame. And had the audacity to blame it on us and say "they were already damaged" what?!?! She's very lucky I wasn't the one in there. Anyway, back to more repair now. (Great) - This repair of the lens that they damaged and blamed on us took another 5 weeks. This experience was terrible, and I will never use them again. They need more management involvement with their clients otherwise this business is not getting very far. read more

Did not have a great first experience here. Dr. Maria was rude to her front desk staff out loud through the entirety of my waiting time. She was kind in her introduction to me as a patient but her demeanor completely changed when I refused dilation. Although al testing was performed, i felt the exam was very rushed especially her explanation and tx plan. I then had to wait 30 minutes for a copy of my prescription because there is no communication between her and the staff. She had told me Im done but the staff told me I have to wait to see her again which was confusing. Overall not a good experience. read more

Amazing service all around!! Wait time is not the wait you wait for at an average doc's office. They attend by appointments and you are seen at that given time all the time! My oldest of special needs has been coming here for the past few years. This team was amazing to have created right on the spot custom glasses to fit my child's face. This is something that no other location would have done for me without charging me a significant fee. Their prices are beyond reasonable when paying out of pocket. They work with you and your budgeting and that goes to show how compassionate they are about their jobs! This entire staff is always well knowledgeable, friendly and caring. read more

Very professional drs .. Dr Carla and Dr Maria both go above and beyond thorough examination it does not matter that it's small she gives her patients excellent care .... The drs are there to get to the Bottom of your issues so if a patient needs more time she does the extra and of course the next patient will be delayed we all go here and many friends and family you don't get others to check everything the dr does everything except the first machine I was very impressed not like all the other fancy eye drs I've been too One of the most important things about her is she doesn't worry about your money if you have insurance they work with it if you don't have insurance they work with it not like other big companies and say well I'm sorry we don't take that insurance or this and that she's there to help the people and I will give them more than five stars also my eyes were addressed properly from 1 visit not like other offices read more

I can't speak for the other two offices, however, the Lyndhurst office was extremely disorganized! I originally made an appointment for 2 PM and received a phone call on the day of my appointment asking me if I can come in at 11:30 am. It was not a problem for me to come in earlier but when I arrived, I was waiting for over almost two hours to see the doctor! What was the point of moving my appointment time if I was going to wait almost two hours to see the doctor anyway?? I went on to read some other reviews and noticed that they have been known to overbook appointments, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable! It goes to show that they don't value their clients' time! The office was extremely small and cramped and the front office staff were very unprofessional! The doctor was fine but the office itself is in dire need of improvement! Needless to say, I will never come back here again and will never recommend this place to anyone! read more

Great experience. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment the same week and they had my insurance taken care of before I got there. The office is tiny but really cute and very clean. They had new equipment and a decent selection of frames. A lot of designer stuff but many affordable options too. The lady Sue helped me pick out my glasses and I was really happy with my choice. The doctors there are awesome! I had a 2 pm appointment and was taken in about 5 minutes after. I think it helped I printed out my forms from their website and had them all filled out. I saw Dr. Espaillat for my eye exam and she was very through and super nice. She explained to me why it was important to dilate my eyes and even took a picture of the back of my eye! So cool! For my follow up I saw Dr. Domingues, not sure which of the sisters, but she was super nice. She took met in right away to check to make sure my contacts were ok. I was in and out of my follow up in a few minutes. As far as price, they are the most affordable in the area. I called around a few places before my appointment, and they are by far the best price. They even matched the price on my contact lenses. I was so pleased, I made an appointment for the rest of my family, including my grandmother who only speaks spanish. I think all the doctors are bilingual. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. read more

I take my kids here and they are always professional and pleasant. Today I took my son as a walk in for an emergency and they took my son right away. It just makes a parent feel relieved to know that if you need it immediately they are so accommodating and will make sure they take care of the issue. I am so pleased! After my first examination, I knew they were professional, modern and have great Dr patient interaction. I had a very thorough examination and they fitted my new glasses perfectly. The staff is decent, but their scheduling is ridiculous. They do not respect or value their clients' time and will constantly double book appointments. You have an appointment for 10AM? I wish I could give this place great reviews because Dr. Carla Domingues has treated both my mother and father exceptionally. However, Dr. Maria Domingues has done quite the opposite. When in the field of medicine, all providers should have a sense of gentleness and provide comfort. When my mother was diagnosed with glaucoma and had been having trouble keeping up with her medication Maria basically made her feel terribly about it and caused my mom sadness telling her that she was being careless and that because my mother's father died of glaucoma she should be on top of her condition better. All valid points but there is a manner of saying these things to a patient. Being softspoken should be the first rule in that field. Dr. Carla has been a dream to my mother always making her feel very comfortable and she constantly eases her worries of living with this condition. read more

They do make you wait for sure. The place is very small and cramped. Also not a very helpful office, they seem to want to say 'No' to any request or question. Dr. Domingues was ok and friendly, but not very flexible. I had a hard time voicing my opinion and feedback to her about the comfort of the lenses she prescribed. What I said was just dismissed. I came here for an eye examination with Dr. Carla for the third year in a row. She was absolutely wonderful. She has a great disposition and absolutely wonderful bedside manners. She explains everything to me in detail in a way that no other doctor has before. She knows me by name along with my kids names who also come to her. The girls that work there are also professional and sweet. I just wish the office was a little bigger. They have really outgrown the space considering how busy they have gotten since I first started coming here. I used to be able to get a same day appointment and now I have to book a week ahead. I guess that's a good thing though. Dr. Maria treats my mom and she is also very good. She does not mess around. She is tells my mom that she needs to control her diabetes and her glaucoma or else. Lol. I actually really appreciate how candid and frank she is with my mom. It makes me realize how much she really cares about her patients and their well being. read more

Bad first experience at Pink Vision for my 9 year old son's first eye exam. We refused to have his eyes dilated and the Optometrist immediately snapped at us stating that we had to sign a liability waiver. Her attitude during the rest of the exam was as if we personally attacked her by refusing the dilation. My husband and I immediately felt uncomfortable after that.
