I have been attending this clinic for a long time, and had no issues until yesterday. I came in due to discomfort in my left eye. The doctor stated that I will need to use a medication based on the diagnosis. However, the pharmacy never obtained the prescription. When I called the clinic, I was told they would speak with the doctor and call me back. I never received a call back. Today I called the clinic for a follow-up. The individual I spoke to told me that the manager will call me because this was an urgent matter. Once again, I did not receive a call. Eventually, the pharmacy informed me that the prescribed medication was over the counter; however, the doctor only instructed me to use it at night and did not provide a specific timeframe for use. When I called again for clarification, I was told the doctor was unavailable and that I would need to wait until Monday. Overall, this was a negative experience that I do not wish on others. For individuals considering this clinic, I strongly recommend confirming that prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, asking for clear instructions from the doctor, and addressing any questions you may have. Unfortunately, the clinic's limited support for the high cost is unacceptable. Thank you. While purchasing $800 glasses from an optometrist once and getting partial coverage from insurance is a necessary thing, it is not always a budget friendly option. Fortunately there are online options available to order with a prescription. I know that these offices are reluctant to share prescriptions due to the increasing use of these online options. But they are in fact OUR prescriptions. When my daughter called for the PD #, NOT an expired RX, they would only offer it for $25. That seems absurd since it is her medical history. And quite frankly none of their business what she will do with her OWN records. But to assert that it would be a liability for them to give that number to her is asinine. Their conversation escalated to unreasonable proportions because of the staff's incredibly condescending responses. We will not be doing business there again. Unfortunately they couldn't see the value of doing this courtesy.

Three weeks later and have called 2x a week for a simple visit note, Still no email or note. My mothers medication and eye drops authorization stuck for 3 weeks until I have call and remind them to call the pharmacy. Have been put on hold each time about 10 mins. No note / no readings do we can't get new glasses. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This practice is clearly in some other cosmetic business and not interested in providing any care.

The hardest part for me is the masks and that's not their fault, obviously. Great staff and very clean and sanitized new location. The doctor has been in this field for decades and is even making it a family business. I can't say enough for bedside manor - it's hard to come by, but they've got it!
