Chris was an absolute blessing. I'm a OTR truck driver and he saved me last night. Long story short- I locked my keys in my semi and he came and opened my truck for me. It was dark and getting cold and mosquitoes were attacking, I greatly appreciate Chris and the company. You guys are great, fast, professional and efficient. Well I decided I might as well start my review since I have plenty of extra time on my hands... I'm sitting out here in my cold, dark, car an hour after the estimated arrival time and we just got a message that it will be longer, this is on top of the original hour estimate. For road side service through my insurance I would have expected better service, especially considering I'm a disabled woman with my daughter on a freezing cold night. Used my roadside assistance and they sent Pinkie Tow- was told to expect 90mins they arrived in an hr. Simple jumpstart-Anthony was very polite and quick to get started and get me on my way. Made a great helpful impression- I would call and use them directly. read more

Excellent, fast service for a fair price. After waiting over an hour for my roadside assistance program to dispatch a truck and telling me it would be another 2 hours since it was "Sunday". Pinkie Tow picked up the phone, didn't even ask my name, sent out a flat bed immediately and towed me across the TrI-Cities for 1/3 of what I expected the cost to be, I didn't even ask or care how much it was at that point. I won't even bother next time, tired of waiting all day for my plan to dispatch their "preferred" agency. Pinkie Toe will be my "preferred" agency. read more

My insurance carrier sent Pinkie Tow out to change my tire due to a nail being inbedded. They were supposed to call about 10 mins before arriving as I was at work. I got a call, and without identifying himself, in a rude tone, the guy says: "So where's the Toyota that has a flat tire?". I said, "I'm, at work right now, are you with the towing company?", he says "Yeah, where's the Toyota with the flat tire?", I said, "Are you here right now?", He says "Yeah.", I said, "Ok, I"ll be out in a second.", and he just hangs up. I go outside, my Toyota is two cars away from him, and his window is up. I go up to his window and he puts the window down. "So, where's the Toyota?". "Hi,", I say, "What's your name?", he mumbles something I can't make out so I say, "Excuse me, what's your name?". He says, "You don't need to know my name, do you want your tire changed or not?". At that I looked down at the side of the door for the company's number and proceeded to call their dispatch. He said again, "Do you want your tire changed or not?". When I didn't respond to him and proceeded making the phone call, he sped off. Such a rude, unapologetic disregard for customer service. I've already followed up with my insurance carrier to file a complaint. read more

We were parked in long-term parking and i had lost my car keys. Pinkie Tow was able to tow my car even though i did not have keys to unlock the steering wheel. The car was in neutral but steering locked, the driver was able to get the car on the tow truck after a lot of effort. Driver then drove my wife and I to our apartment with the car and was able to get the car into our parking lot. The driver was excellent and I really appreciate his effort in this matter! read more

It was a long lonely, indeed frustrating wait, 2-1/2 hours from calling Roadside Assistance to their showing up, but once they got to me, things couldn't have gone better. The driver, Travis, was polite and professional, and quick. In nothing flat, he had my pickup on his flatbed, tied down, and we were headed down the road to the Nissan dealership in Pasco. Once there, he took care of unloading while I worked with the dealership staff. Yeah, I would use them again! read more

I wish I had something good to say about this company, but I don't. It appears that the driver lied to us about coming out a second time to give us a tow. I understand why he couldn't tow the vehicle the first time. We were in a park, and my son couldn't put his vehicle in neutral so that it could be pushed out of the parking spot. The tow truck needed more space to load the vehicle straight on. That is understandable. But, they never saw the tow truck driver when he supposedly arrived sometime after 8 p.m. for a second attempt. He claimed that he had talked to two people (the explanation that got my goat was "the girl in the bikini"...), but he did not look for my son or husband who were there, nor did they see him. They ended up waiting until after 10 p.m. and he never showed up. The towing company was Pinky Tow LLC that serves the Tri-Cities. I don't know what private contractor they may have been using, but his call number was 120346. This occurred on July 12th. We were able to get 24-Hour Towing to come out this morning (July 13th). They were prompt and towed my son's vehicle without a hitch. We have used 24-Hour before, and they have always been a reliable source of help. Which would you prefer, someone who lies to you when it's convenient, or someone who is reliable and will consider your interest before his own? read more

Ivan came out for his first tow promptly . He was personal and friendly and definetily had his mind on target with what to do to get my car out of a difficult spot . He was methodical and thorough making sure that the towing would be done carefully and without damage . Excellent job ! read more

I had just taken my car to the dealership to have it inspected before leaving on a road trip from Seattle to the Tri-cities. On my drive, I heard a very loud banging noise coming from underneath my car and it persisted for the remainder of the trip. I called AAA, when I reached my destination, to have it checked out and they sent Jacob from Pinky Tow in Pasco to my rescue. He found that the plastic undercarriage/engine protector was hanging down and secured it with zip ties. I presumed it did not get reattached properly after the shop changed my oil, etc. Jacob was awesome! He explained what the plastic protector was for and educated me on my options. He was very knowledgeable. In fact, when I took my car back to the shop, they said he did a great job of securing that plastic piece and agreed with everything he told me. If I ever need AAA in the Tri-cities again, I hope they send Jacob w/Pinkie Tow! read more

We were rescued from a dead battery in Home Depot's parking lot by Pinkie's Tow via a call to AAA. Jacob arrived at the time promised, quickly checked the battery and then gave us a jump. He had also brought a replacement battery, quoted for about the same price as I would have paid at a local parts store. Before leaving, we changed our mind and decided to replace the battery then and there. Even though it was getting dark, Jacob made the change in about 15 minutes - and saved me half a day finding and installing a replacement myself. Thank you again, Pinkie's Tow and Jacob. read more

Called AAA for a flat tire fix, they sent 'pinkie tow.' The guy was a complete asshole from start to finish, didn't introduce himself or say anything before getting into my car for the spare tire. When I asked if that was all he was going to do was to change the tire he replied with 'what do you think I got the tire out for?' I need to drive a hundred miles on a Sunday, not something that can be done on a spare, and there are no tire places open. I could have changed my own tire, I was expecting someone competent enough to patch one. If this situation ever comes up again, I'll be specifically requesting AAA not call these rude hacks. read more

Called AAA for a flat tire, they told me the wait-time would be about 2 hours, so I walked to a nearby restaurant. About 30 seconds after sitting down, I received a text from AAA saying the truck would arrive in 10 minutes. Jacob responded and took care of the flat quickly and with a smile! On March 19 2019 pinkie tow was hired by Spokane Jaguar to pick up our car and they did around 9am. Around 2:00pm that day my husband called me and asked if I could call Jaguar to make sure the car had gotten there safely. It had not so I called pinkie tow to ask about our car. I was told that the flatbed truck transporting our car had gotten a flat tire on route to Spokane and would be on its way shortly. This happens I didn't think much of it until we got our car back a few weeks later. We reviewed the on board video footage and discovered pinkie tow had lied about where my was in route to Spokane. Video footage showed that they put in a building unloaded it and then loaded it up again. The story doesn't end there about 1 month ago my husband found out that pinkie tow has been using our car in an add campaign without our consent. When I tried to get ahold of the owner I didn't get a call back not even an apology on Facebook that I had asked for. This company lies and when caught can't even be bothered to make things right. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney general's office in the near future. We never did anything to this company and yet we got lied to and used by them. High-end cars owners use someone else this company cannot be trusted with your car. read more
