The first time we used this company was in February 2025. We had them come over and clean our upholstery on our patio furniture. They did an amazing job. We brought them back again to clean the carpet in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. We also had five large area rugs that we wanted to have cleaned. Because we have LVT flooring throughout our home, they advised us that it would be best if we moved our area rugs outside. The reason is; 1. It's less likely to damage our LVT floor 2. This way they can give them a more thorough cleaning We are very happy with the outcome. Eddie is the gentleman that came out both times to clean our upholstery and carpets. His expertise and professionalism is over the top. Pricing is well worth it. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I've never had carpets cleaned in a home before. So I wasn't sure what to expect but I was hopeful and had an idea of what I expected. I had several areas that were pretty bad. But the cleaning seemed to be very fast and honestly I just wasn't completely satisfied. By the time I could go inside after it being wet it just wasn't as clean as I hoped. Technician was nice. The photos attached are after cleaning and you can just clearly still see stains and dirt in the traffic areas. I wish i had before pictures

Our carpets were over due for cleaning. I looked looked on Yelp to see what company had the best reviews. I saw Pinks had a lot of 5 star reviews so decided to try them. I had the best tech. He was very friendly and took his time to go over the cleaning, such as the different cleaners he recommended. He also said it would be dry in about 4 hours. I have told that for years from different companies and they were never dry till the next day. It did help have two floor fans and having our fan on throughout the house, and a warm day. Our carpets looked great, the stains we had were gone. I will definitely use Pinks in the future. The price was around the same as other companies, but Pinks did a better job.

I am a repeat customer of Pinks Carpet Cleaning and I was not disappointed in the service I received this time. We had just recently (within the last four days) had our house painted which included the crown molding and base boards. When the technician Darin arrived, I was concerned about any damage that might happen to the baseboards and voiced my concern to him. He thanked me for letting him know and assured me that he would be very careful around those areas. The job he did was exceptional and he was such a nice and friendly person. We recently moved into our home which belonged to my folks but was used as a rental property. I remember my folks putting really premium carpet with high end padding. The carpet had never been professionally treated but only mild spot removal from pet stains over the years. Over the 23 years that the carpet serviced our tenants and later my mom, I always knew it was durable, but the length of use, heavily stained the carpet, especially the heavy traffic areas. With the rising cost of new flooring and with wood flooring prices now requiring a small loan for a house of this size, I took a chance and inquired with yelp for a quote. 4 companies answered my inquiry and Pink's estimate being in the middle, I chose Pink's for their highest number of quality reviews and that they were a local family owned business in our city. We could not have made better decision for the home's behalf. Their technician David arrives promptly, explained the required work to restore our carpets and was very fast and efficient. We were simply blown away at how well their machines and technician were able to revive our 23 year old carpet. The result far exceeded my expectations. Thankfully, we will be able to enjoy our rehabilitated carpet and saved a fortune where I mistakenly thought our carpet was on its last days. Thank you David and the Pink's establishment for restoring value to our home and allowing us to ring in the new year with freshly sanitized, and "like new" appearing carpet. read more

Today I used Pinks Carpet and Tike company and without question it was a 5 star experience. It started with immediate responsiveness from Jared and Lindsay the company owners. Very polite, friendly and the availability to get the job done was within 72 hours. They gave me an immediate text confirmation and reminders prior to the appointment. Then today Eddie came out to do the job. Let me tell you, you DEFINITELY want to request Eddie!!!!! Wow. Pink's Carpet Cleaning was my first call. I was given a quote to have 3 bedrooms, a hallway and my stairs shampooed. I spoke with a woman who was very informative about the process. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I kindly stated that I'd call back after shopping around. After shopping around, I decided to go with Pink's. Compared to other places the prices seemed fair. I was able to schedule my carpet cleaning the very next day (Saturday) which was great since Sundays are reserved for football. The tech showed up right on time and explained the process. He wore covers over his shoes and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Meet the Manager: Lindsay V.

Troy has been cleaning carpet almost his entire life. When Troy was 4 years old, his parents started a carpet cleaning business in Moreno Valley. He found himself tagging along with his dad during the summer just for fun. After growing up too quickly and graduation from Ridge Crest Elementary, Landmark Middle School and Valley View High school, Troy was ready to start cleaning Full time. Troy has credited his honest work ethic to the example his Father and Mother were to him growing up and from the Boy Scout Program where he earned his Eagle Scout Award. For the next 10 years Troy worked for his parents and did the work while his parents ran the business from the office. In August of 2013 Troy and his Wife Robyn started their adventure as small business owners together and started Pink's Carpet Cleaning. Every place I checked did not have the carpet that I was looking for in stock and it would NOT arrive in time --but Alex at Elite assured me that he had what I wanted in stock or he could order/get it in time, if needed. Well it finally happened the dreaded porcelain throne had overflowed with its not so nice content!! After the clean up I noticed that the water had leaked to the adjacent room. So now came the hard part finding someone to clean the carpets and who to trust to do a first class job! After reading some glowing reviews of "Pink's" I decided to try their services and hoped all would go well! I was thrilled with their top shelf service and professionalism! I was concerned at the late afternoon hour that I would not be able to have Pink's come right over and help me with my dilemma! After talking with Troy on the phone he told me no problem that he would be right over to help and clean the carpets. I was surprised that he was so quick to respond and once he arrived I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and attitude! Once the job was done he left some fans to help dry the carpet. Troy always kept in contact to make sure that the carpet was drying and he came back to pick up the fans. He then noticed that after the first cleaning that a watermark was left and he proceeded to schedule another appointment to take care of that and to put the carpet back in place on the tack strip. Work up on a Saturday morning and found that my dog ( lila) had a very messy accident. I called at least 10....... other than Pinks carpets cleaner in and around the Yucaipa area. Most didn't even answer ( I get it it was Saturday) or said they could clean my carpet sometime the following week. YUK who wants to leave there carpet in that condition for week not me but luckily I found Troy with Pinks Carpet Cleaning. When I called his toll free number he answered!!!!!# yes even on a Saturday . I expressed what had happened thinking I was going to get the same answer as the previous cleaner had given me. To my surprise Troy said no problem I can be there in a couple for hours. 2 hours later he appeared on my door step ready to get to work. Within a 1/2 hour he had made my carpet the best smelling carpet in the neighborhood. He didn't charge me anything extra for coming from the Moreno Valley all the way to the Yucaipa area but I would have paid any demands at that point ( it was pretty bad..... poor Lila). Love, love, love! I can't say enough great things about Pinks and the owner Troy! Our carpet looked amazing after it was cleaned and he was a fraction of the cost of all my other bids. We had new tenants move into our rental and one was allergic to dogs. Being we have a huge Daniff and a little rescue dog, Troy came back free of charge and sprayed a disinfectant (again) to remove any hint of an animal. Saving me my sanity and time! He's kept open communication with us since relocating and did an amazing job! I used to use other cleaners in the area until someone suggested him! He is the best!!! I also love that he uses the machines that actually agitate the carpet to get them clean not just spray and suck it up method that my animal vacuum does. I wish he had his business in my new town because I would have had him clean our home here before move in. He made sure I was happy and my new tenants were happy. Last month, my siblings and I decided to get the carpets cleaned for my mom in riverside for her birthday. After reading reviews on Pinks and looking at all the before and after pictures we decided to call pinks. Booking the job with Troy was perfect and easy. He gave us a quote over the phone and the price stayed the same once he arrived and he was on time. Our carpets were extremely dirty with a few pet stains. Troy was able to remove all the stains. I waited a month to write this review to see if any spots would come back. The carpet still looks new. Troy and his helper David, moved small furniture and slid our couches around. We didn't even ask them to. They also brushed the carpet when they were done. Needless to say my mom was happy. The carpet was dry before she got home from work and she was ecstatic. I contacted Pink's Carpet and Tile Cleaning based on their high five-star reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not match the reputation. When I reached out for carpet cleaning, their pricing was significantly higher than market rates. I tried to discuss pricing and asked if there was any flexibility, but they were firm, inflexible, and ultimately ignored my request rather than addressing it professionally. I understand businesses have their own pricing, but customer service and communication matter. The lack of flexibility, combined with poor follow-up, felt unprofessional and disappointing--especially given the expectations set by their reviews. Overall, overpriced and not customer-focused. I was referred to Pink's by a friend who couldn't stop raving about how clean their carpet was after Pink's cleaned it. I took a chance and after three little kids torturing my carpet for 8 years, Pink's came in are it looks brand new. I honestly wouldn't have believed it had I not been here to see it cleaned myself. Salesman didn't try to up sell and gave me some pointers as well, so I could get the most out of my service. Boy did Pink's have their work cut out for them when they came to my house. I just got the keys to my first house and I didn't want to live on someone else's dirt. Pinks was the only company I could find that did Carpet, tile, and air vents. So that's why I went with them. Pinks arrived on time where I met Troy and his employee Derrick. Both were super friendly and well put together. They then spent the next 13 hours cleaning my home from top to bottom. I used Pinks for my first ever carpet cleaning experience. I feel like everyone has a horror story of a carpet cleaner so I didn't want that to be me. I jumped on yelp and did my research before deciding on Pinks. My wife finally convinced me to buy her a Yorke. I didn't realize that meant pee all over my carpet. Troy arrived on time, assured me he had seen 100 times worse carpet and got to work. Pink's did an amazing job on our carpet. My husband and I looked online for many carpet company's and when we came across Pink's and saw the amazing results we were convinced. The previous owners had left the carpet extremely dirty and we had little to no hope in many of the stains being removed. Troy explained the process and let us know which stains would be removed and which wouldn't be able to be removed 100%. None the less the carpet looks 100 times better and smells fantastic!. Only great things to say about Pinks. Booking was easy and they were on time. I called pinks because we just finished training our puppy and he had many accidents on our carpet. We probably had a few pet urine spots in each room and I started smelling it. Troy came out and very nicely educated me on animal urine and how to properly treat it. My husband and I thought we could train a puppy in our home here in canyon crest in riverside. Well we were kind of wrong. Our lovely puppy decided our carpet was grass. Our puppy Montee is now potty trained but he has left a mess. I called Pinks and a couple days later they were at my house. I recently moved into a home from texas and upon first glance while walking through I noticed a little pet smell. I knew the carpets needed to be cleaned to get rid of the issue but I had no idea what I was actually standing on. My living room carpet was originally tan and was black when pinks came over, we had never cleaned our carpet in 15 years and couldn't afford to replace the carpet. So we called up Pinks and they gave us a affordable rate at the highest quality around. My carpet is pure tan now and looks brand new maybe even cleaner than we first got the house.
