I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The tenants reported water leaks in the south-facing wall, under the sink, in the roof, and at a sliding door leading to the deck. We had mold upstairs and downstairs. Completely unsafe for the tenants. Often working with contractors, even when you are nearby, is challenging. Imagine my fears trying to "manage this" from afar. With Trevor, though, no worries!
