I have dogs and the first time I hired them was for a "regular" carpet cleaning but, this second time was, because one of my dogs had some accidents (pee) in my bedroom and after spraying some "odor remover", vacuum it, leaving windows open... it still smelled! Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable.
