However, my complaint is with the leasing/ front office team. Anytime you go to the office to inquire about anything they have a sign on the door that states they will return at 2:00pm, but it seems like no one ever returns. Trying to get someone on the phone is even worse. I would sit and call the property at least 12 times to still get no answer or returned phone call. They send tons of emails concerning pool and office hours, but neither email is accurate. The pool is either never open or never clean. If getting in contact with the leasing office or using a site amenity such as the pool is something of utmost importance to you, I wouldn't suggest moving here. I will say again, the maintenance staff is amazing and very responsive though.

I've been sick fighting a sinus infection. So I haven't been out to check. Playground is fenced. There are 2 laundry rooms which nobody uses, that I've been told. There's an EZ Wash in front of the apts on Rittiman. All tile floors, pet friendly, decent apartments.

Additionally, there is only one area available to dispose of trash, which is the compactor, and it's locked away from the community. While the homes and neighborhood are visually appealing, and the staff and property are nice, it takes more than superficial items to make it a truly great property.

The dog sitter and her husband, who were caring for the dog at the time, said they did not witness the dog bite anyone. The lack of transparency made the situation feel very unfair. In addition, my sister experienced multiple occasions where management entered her apartment without giving her prior notice, which left her feeling that her privacy was not respected. Based on her experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex. I hope management improves its communication, documentation, and respect for residents' privacy.

BEWARE: DO NOT RENT AT THESE APARTMENTS. Began good 5 years ago but once Greystar took over they were basically worthless when it comes to doing literally anything. Let's begin. Once, I was taking a nap and three men came barging in without any notice, phone call, or knocking for I don't even remember what. I live alone and let's just say they are lucky I didn't have a weapon. Also, I had a water leak...long story short... they go downstairs to investigate and find out there are multiple different false identities on the lease so they change the locks, just to have 2 guys break in the front and back doors with a crowbar to get their things back while I'm there one night. (Side note: the MAINTENANCE WORKERS are the only workers here with actual brain cells and I appreciate them very much, and they fix things really quick. I can't say the same about management.) On the note of management, CARLOS, Trina, and the rest of the office (Kristy's nice tho and tries her best....) you could have your neighbor threaten to kill you and they would look the other way and say they can't help. I wish I was kidding. In 2024 I had to track them down for over a week, calling and going in person to get my own lease renewed to the point it expired (that one was also Carlos....). They'll charge you $300 a month in water bills just to have no reason why or refund. They'll close the pool for the entire summer while still charging us $25 a month to use it, and since so many people complained, they changed that charge for "gate and app access" which was free before. Oh, and your trash will never be picked up ever while they fee you another $25 for having it out. There's also human sized dog turds everywhere on the ground. Wonderful. Last but not least... DO NOT RENT APT 427. I am truly so sorry to whoever lives here after. The upstairs neighbors are the most disrespectful, trashy, loud, obnoxious, threatening people you will ever meet. I have experienced MONTHS of trying to get help from the office over sound complaints (that I never experienced for four years prior) and they will not do anything to help the problem at all. I had to call SAPD because the man threatened to KILL ME off his balcony (the lady rebuked my name in the name of Jesus once but that one was funny so I'll give her that...). Even contacting Greystar directly will do nothing. Alls to say I bought a house and will never again live with any of these intelligently challenged people, and that's enough to make my experience at Agora worthwhile. :)

The sauna doesn't get nearly as hot as it should (used to get to 185 degrees now only 145), the pool volleyball net has been broken since the middle of summer, and the cabanas were a mess the whole summer (cabana work wasn't complete until after the summer). The fire pit has been out of service since around February. Why didn't they fix the fire pit over the summer and do the cabanas in the winter? That would have been logical. Instead we had little shade over the summer and now it's getting cold and still no fire pit. These attached pictures show the ongoing neglect. Instead of prioritizing resident security or meaningful improvements, management spends their time obsessing over repainting parking lots, buildings, and replacing a cheap keyboard, meanwhile, multiple cars have been broken into and they refuse to install cameras above level 1 in the parking garage. Residents have made it clear that safety matters more than paint, but management doesn't seem to care. Some residents have reported too much attitude when complaining to the office. Multiple residents have reported roaches, but nothing was done, so they moved. The contractors they brought in for painting and power washing are damaging patios and make a mess, which shows management obviously went with the cheapest option, at residents' expense. There's no communication in the office - one person will tell you one thing, and another will say the opposite. For the amount of money paid here, it's unreasonable how many amenities are broken and how little urgency staff have to resolve them. You'd be better off paying less elsewhere with fewer amenities and save around $500 per month. Management should care about keeping their current residents and attracting new ones, and less about money.
