Koosha was highly communicative throughout the whole process and the car came out really well. At the beginning of this year I had a tree fall on our property that ended up scratching a lot of the passenger side of the vehicle. Just had a clear bra installed on my car and Koosha did a amazing job. One of the reason I bought my car was the grey matte finish paint job. Of course after I bought it I found how how hard it is to maintain. Any scratch and the entire car would need to be painted. With these LA freeways rocks are constantly bouncing on our cars. I recently had the front end of my NX350 filmed by Koosha. There are several very angular shapes which I would assume are a challenge to cover. We had some scheduling challenges due to his busy schedule and mostly due to intermittent rain which was an issue as the film needs to be kept dry for a few days after application. Koosha was attentive to my concerns , explained the process and did a superb job. He wrapped the edges and included the hood, complex grill and mirrors , he added part of the front fenders , door sills and back cargo door area for additional protection. XPEL Stealth PPF Tesla Model Y full body with vinyl wrap on door handles. Never really cared for protecting my cars' paint in the past, but once I started contemplating getting my Model Y, I looked in to it more closely. After doing a bunch of research online, I came across Koosha and Pinnacle. Read the good reviews so called to ask for a quote and learn more about how he approaches the job. Immediately, I got the sense that he really cared about the quality of the job and gave me all the right answers to my questions. I'm based in LA, but decided to make the drive all the way to Tustin because I was confident that Koosha would do his absolute best on my car. Koosha is a one man team, which might result in a longer wait time to schedule an appointment / work on the car, but it guarantees that the quality of work will always be consistent to his standards. I would suggest that you schedule ahead of time if you have a line of sight of when you're going to get a new car. For me, I called before I even placed my order, but I ended up taking delivery within 3 days of placing my order (was expecting a minimum of 2 weeks), so ended up having to wait 3 weeks to finally drop my car off with him. This was actually not a problem at all because Koosha worked with me to potentially move my appointment up a couple of weeks, which I ended up declining because I needed to drop the car off to Tesla Service to fix paint issues anyway. The whole time I was waiting for my appointment with him, Koosha and I kept in contact and he showed me real examples of the types of paint issues that are common in Teslas and what to look out for, which was extremely helpful before my Tesla Service appointment. After getting the car back from Tesla Service and dropping my car off with him, he gave me daily updates on the job. Could tell he was really making sure everything was done with the most quality and care. I wanted my door handles to match the satin white of the rest of the body, so Koosha actually took the extra effort to help find the vinyl wrap that would match the car and installed it for me. Koosha wrapped the front end of our Tesla over 2.5 years ago. The car still looks new today. No one can tell it's wrapped! So happy I did. Several times I found tiny embedded rocks and other debris.
