I am SO happy with the job David did on my new RAV4! Despite my car being only a couple of months old, it had swirls and minor scratches in the clear coat. NOTE: Never use automated car washes! I will be washing my own car from now on! David carefully removed the imperfections and applied a ceramic coating. He also installed protective film coating on my headlamps. The dealer had installed this film on parts of my front hood, but not in some areas vulnerable to scratches. The final results look fantastic! In addition to the fine work David did on my car, he followed up with lots of photos of the process and the final results. This was the year to bring back the new car look on my red 2011 Lexus 200h CT since she is not going anywhere! We turned to our car care expert and friend Dave Sylican at Innovative Detailing. We have known Dave for 25 years and we know he is the best in the business. He kept our vehicles like new for years and has applied the clear bras for both our vehicles. He travels to train and keeps up with the latest in exceptional fine car care. The Lexus 200h CT is a low profile vehicle so she had her front underbody scraped many times taking driveway exits! We started with a repair at an auto body shop before we brought the car back to Dave for the removal of the old clear bra and detailing. We then brought her back for the application of the new clear bra. We then brought her back for the third visit and had him apply a 5-year ceramic coat. The Lexus red paint has remained incredibly intact over the years, but after all the meticulous and expert work Dave completed, she looks brand new. I ended up here because I needed to get paint correction, ceramic, and PPF done on my car in short order since I was taking it to an event. Well I'm glad that I came across Dave because he was knowledgeable, meticulous, and honest. He was able to take my car where the paint had been abused over the years from shoddy care and cleaning (my fault!) and bring it back to a glistening beauty. The car literally has not looked this good since probably the day I bought it! And he got it done in 2 days. I chose to use David again for our Tesla Model X. My Tesla delivery had to be delayed by several weeks since there were paint defects. It was great to have David provide input on whether the paint issues were material or not. After consulting him, I decided to postpone delivery and have the paint issues resolved.
