I had such a great experience working with Jason! He came out to my home to measure the foundation readings and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was very thorough and professional, but also super approachable--which made the whole process a lot less stressful. What I really appreciated was how he worked with me on the repair plan. He listened to my ideas and suggestions and made sure I felt comfortable with the approach before moving forward. Jason also didn't rush through anything--he patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), and really made sure I understood what was going on with my home. It's rare to find someone who's both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping homeowners feel confident in their decisions. I had four foundation companies provide me with estimates for my foundation repair. Each one was professional, but Brian with Pinnacle was exceptionally helpful and answered the many questions I had regarding the entire process. Their scope of work made the most sense, and the price was more competitive than the other companies. Pinnacle worked with my schedule, and when they had an opening for a few days earlier than scheduled, it worked out even better for me. On the day the work began, Arturo, Daniel, and his crew arrived on time, again explained the work they would be doing, and got right to work. They worked very hard, and quickly - digging 17 holes in total. At the end of the first day, Eleazar came by to ask if I had any other questions, and explained how the rest of the process would go with lifting my foundation back into place. What was scheduled tentatively for 3 days took the crew only 2 days, and what impressed me most was the thorough clean up and attention to detail when replacing my paver stones and plants. At the end of the 2nd day, they lifted the foundation into place and were able to close all the cracks in the floors and walls (and got our bedroom door to close, which hadn't done so since last August). Eleazar went over water mitigation plans to keep the foundation from moving further, and spent extra time answering the many questions I had. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Foundation Repair and would highly recommend them for their fantastic customer service and exceptional work! read more

Incredibly knowledgeable company. Pinnacle has state of the art equipment not found elsewhere. Excellent reputation with years of experience. Jason arrived early and immediately got to work on his measurements and assessment. He took the time to explain the current state of foundation and recommended repairs vs optional ones. No strong sales pitch, simply offering valuable information. I will request Jason every time. We got a bid from another foundation company for more than twice the amount of Pinnacle's bid!! She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. Jairo, John, Michael, Antonio, Alejandro, and Humberto took extra care to keep everything progressing smoothly while responding to my questions or concerns. I did end up having some plumbing issues that were caused by the foundation lift. This was explained to me in detail before the project. The damage occurred during the lift and not during the preparations by Risen. I was so glad that I had chosen Risen, as I still had funds left for all subsequent repairs. 5-stars!

I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

The bedroom section of our home slants downward with our wooden floors bulging in some areas and causing crackling noises like never before. We hired this company because of favorable reviews but now realize you can't always count on this. We felt our home should have been professionally leveled, it makes no sense whatsoever adding new concrete piers on a totally unleveled structure. Even the engineer hired to do the final inspection overlooked the fact that there were two concrete piers missing from the intended amount. So much for professionalism.

He took measurements of how level the floor was across the entire tiled area and determined that it was well within limits of what it should be. He also examined the visible part of the foundation outside the house and said there was no visible issues there either. He assured me that all seemed perfectly fine, but also had some suggestions as to further tests I could have done on the plumbing to determine if there was a possible leak that might be causing a slight shift in the slab. I thanked him and asked how much I owed him for the inspection. He said "no charge". How unexpected that was! Derk was completely professional and personable the whole time. I'd definitely call him again if I need help (which I hope I never do!)

The crew that came out was professional, respectful, and worked extremely hard--they got the job done in just 24 hours, even though the estimate was for five days. That said, the communication side of things felt overwhelming to me. Before I even signed a contract, I was getting constant phone calls and texts pushing for a deposit. I understand they wanted to secure the job, but it felt a bit intense, especially for someone going through this for the first time. After the job was done, I didn't get a follow-up check to confirm if the house was properly leveled. My son saw them move the house, but we were never told how much it was lifted or if everything is now where it should be. I was just advised not to repair any cracks or paint for 6-8 weeks--but I don't know if someone is supposed to come back at that point to check the leveling again? I paid half down and the rest was requested immediately after the job finished--again, through a flood of messages and calls. It was just a lot all at once, and in hindsight, I wish I had waited until I could give the process my full attention. Overall, the crew was great, the work was done quickly, and the price was fair. I just wish the communication had been more balanced and that there had been more clarity post-job. Extremely Disappointed -- Drainage System Failed, No Accountability…read more We hired Olshan Foundation Repair in 2022 to install a drainage system through their irrigation and drainage division. At the time, the system was never tested, but since we experienced 15 months with virtually no measurable rain, there was no immediate way to assess its effectiveness. Unfortunately, when we finally did get two significant rain events recently, the drainage system failed completely -- resulting in water entering our home. Prior to the most recent rain, their own sales rep came out to inspect the setup and admitted that their original design wasn't working as intended. Their solution? Ask us to spend an additional $5,800 on surface drains, despite the fact that we already spent $10,000 on a system that still doesn't work. Even more frustrating is that they acknowledge their system's failure, yet refuse to take reasonable steps to correct or stand behind their work. They're not interested in working with us to find a fair resolution -- just selling us more fixes to a problem they created. Adding insult to injury, I referred two major foundation repair jobs to Olshan, each totaling over $20,000. That's more than $40,000 in business sent their way -- and yet when we need help with a failed system they designed, we're left out in the rain (literally). BLUF: they fixed my driveway structurally but cosmetically it looks worse. Their communication is…read morehit or miss. I received a quote for poly foam to fill a void under my driveway. The driveway was not cracked and had no sinking. I got on the schedule about 2 weeks out. The morning of I received a call from the team and they said they were running behind due to some issues with the truck but they would call an hour out which they did. They showed up and did the job but by drilling into the concrete they cracked the joints and there were surface cracks. Also they overfilled it with foam so I had to ask them to clean up foam from my yard. I called to ask if a manager could come out and see if they could lay a seal over the joints they cracked so water wouldn't get in and make them worse. They scheduled me a manager to come out the following week and asked me to text pictures. The manager was supposed to come on one day and no one showed up. I texted the number I was supposed to text and no one replied. When I was able to call towards the end of the day I was told someone would call me back. When they called back they said they got caught up on another project and would come the next morning. The manager showed up the next day and basically said cosmetics are not covered in the contract but it the water gets in the cracks and the driveway sinks they'll come fix it. I also asked if they could refill the drill holes because they had air gaps in them. He said he would send someone out either the same day or the next and I never heard back nor did they come. I didn't even bother calling again. I can rest assured that my driveway shouldn't cave in with no support but it was disappointing they wanted me to pay extra to have them seal it to prevent expanding the joint cracks. I had an unimaginable life event happen to me, I lost my husband of 33 years unexpected. We knew the foundation on our home needed inspected due to settlement issues. I put it off because dealing with it was extremely emotional for me, this was supposed to be our forever home. I reveal all this to say, I finally called and had 3 estimates scheduled. One completed a quote for me, another one was extremely unorganized and never confirmed or rescheduled the appointment after they missed it. Then Jason from Pinnacle showed up at the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable and compassionate of my situation. I was very surprised at the amount quoted compared to the other company that quoted me for the same repair. I just want to say Thank You Jason for being so genuine, professional and compassionate to my situation. Today I had an appointment with Jason because I was but sure if I had an foundation issue with our house (14years old) he was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process very clear and carefully to me. After he took all the measurements he explained to me that currently there is not a need for Any repair.
