Found on Facebook Marketplace. I suggest you go. For early spring the plants were limited but I assume that as the season progresses there will be a wider selection. They have the room. Lots of metal work, windmills, wind chimes, mushrooms, dragons, large pots, frogs and such. Seeds. The clearance items were more my speed, as many of the offerings are higher priced than I was willing to pay. Possiblly more movement on items if price lowered a tad. Kind and helpful owners. Lots of space. Peaceful. Joyful. We were lucky to find it. We will return. Well worth the drive. read more

I bought a plant. High dollar plant. Did everything they told me to do. It was dying, and took back to get replaced. They told me they don't replace. If it was cheap I would understand, but come on. Don't sell your stuff if it is no good. And quit ripping off your customers. I am 84 years old. I know how to take care of plants . Shame on you read more

This place is the worst. 2 years in a row their trees died. They do not return calls ever. Save yourself the headache and go to a real nursery with customer service. Their trees do not last, and they don't return calls until the warranty runs out. 7 trees have died. read more

Needed help with the sprinkler system timer they installed, last summer, and after leaving several messages (only one returned call, out of town for a funeral and said they would call back, which I completely understood) waited 2 weeks, left another message, NO RETURN CALL...so I found another company. Thankfully the first issue with the timer was an easy fix, then the leak out of the non-sodering joint they installed, last summer, did not cause any damage to my basement. Our experience is they only provided great customer services when we were paying them. Makes me sad, I really enjoyed shopping there for my plants. read more

Pinnacle Landscaping did an excellent job on adding a paver patio tou our backyard. Andrew Serna was great at laying out a great shape that fit in with our yard and home. The project manager (Jose) and the guys who worked on it were very hard-working. They got it done in less than a week and it is so beautiful! We love it! We bought over $700 worth of trees and plants from them, specifically asking for their expertise on which thrive in direct sunlight. After two days, the hydrangea we bought was not doing well and became sun scorched, so we went back to ask them about it. Lady working there got extremely defensive and, instead of helping us solve the problem, just chose to blame us and offered no helpful advice. After further researching the specific plant, we found that it does NOT thrive in direct sunlight (something we specifically asked when we bought it). We were in need of several more plants and trees but chose to buy those from a more professional and knowledgable nursery. Also note, other nurseries in the area are much cheaper and have a better selection. read more

Bait-and-switch selling, expensive I stopped by to look at their stock in the spring wanting to buy a couple lilac bushes. They had lilacs, but at $35 and up they seemed pretty pricey so I left. At the end of July I stopped in again knowing that nursery stock often goes on sale mid-summer. Indeed, their lilacs were on sale (for $25 each) but looking pretty droopy by this time. The salesperson I spoke with said that ALL lilacs would be on sale at $25 until they sold out. I still thought $25 was a bit much, but stopped by again three weeks later after mulling it over. This time the lilacs were very sad looking indeed, quite stressed. I was told they were still $25 apiece, but that they were now being sold as "buy two, get one free." I said I would think about it. I decided to buy them today, exactly one week later. (I couldn't stop by before today because they're only open 9-6 daily, the same hours I work, but I work a half day on Fridays so can only get there then.) However, when I stopped in to get them, I was told by a new person that those distressed lilacs were no longer for sale. She instead steered me toward some better-looking lilacs that were full price. Still buy two, get one free, but as I said above, $35 for a lilac bush is ridiculously expensive, and even at the buy 2, get one free the cost would have been about $24 for each. So not really saving any money with their "deal". I was willing to buy three distressed bushes at the lower price (would have been about $17/each) but she refused to sell them to me and instead showed me new plant stock I was never told existed before. I wanted to support a local business but I certainly don't want to support one that engages in such blatant bait-and-switch tactics. read more

Do yourself a favor, hire a professional landscaper. Bottom line.. Pinnacle Landscaping and its owner, do not meet expectations. Research them on BBB.org - https://www.bbb.org/us/co/brighton/profile/landscape-contractors/pinnacle-landscape-xeriscape-incorporated-0885-65000000. They will tell you to expect them to be on the job X day but won't be there until several days later. Meanwhile, they will avoid your follow up calls only providing excuses as to why they couldn't show up. One time, an employee had an issue with law enforcement which was to blame. Red flag. They also bait-and-switch, as mentioned by another online reviewer. We paid $4650 for hydroseed; somehow my wife was talked into broadcast seed after that FOR THE SAME PRICE then, his crew proceeded to burn the seed and soil by adding too much fertilizer. Of course they tried again; it didn't take, they claimed "bad seed". After many hours spent trying to nail the owner down and a laboratory soil test proving the pH was way off.. We had enough. I had one uncomfortable conversation where I finally asked for a refund of the $4650, upon which the owner aggressively stated "your not getting your money back" and proceeded to provide his attorney's contact information. After a follow up call from my wife, he came to his senses and laid the hydroseed we initially paid for. However, it never took, our top soil has been ruined, the soil test showed very high levels of nitrogen, sulfur and salt. After three months of dealing with Pinnacle, all we have is a yard full of 3-4' high weeds where we should have natural grass. Of course, we were told they would come mow those 3-4' foot high weeds they produced on Monday or Tuesday of this week. Nothing. We reached out mid-week. No returned call, it's now end of week. Par for the course. I can't stress this enough.. do not hire this company, hire a professional landscaper with a solid reputation on impartial web sites, such as the BBB. One that can set and meet expectations. read more

I'm only giving a 3 star because after you purchase they suck at returning calls or coming back to property. (There is a warranty) In person they are great! We bought 6 trees ( you can imagine the price paid as trees are not cheap). They planted them for us fine. But we have been reaching out to them for WEEKS in regards to watering amount/times and some of them look a little funky like they might have pests etc or a white mildew. They have told me on two occasions that they were coming and never showed. I have left multiple messages (when the voice mail hasn't been full) without responses. At this point it's completely irritating and disappointing at the customer service they carry outside of the business site. We must not be priority now that they already made a sell. Not sure I would purchase from them again due to this headache. read more

This nursery is the best. We were quoted $3700.00 from the longmont tree farm (!!!!) and pinnacle cut that price in half or more (i mean less) and supplied most of our landscaping needs. All of their staff was super helpful and knowledgable and i would go back there in a heartbeat. read more

Late in the fall season (late Oct) the Pinnacle folks were very receptive and helpful for us to get 3 River Birch trees planted in our new home landscaping.
