I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. They had installed plexiglass, however the staff continually leaned over the plexiglass and walked around the hallways without a mask. Further, their masks were cloth based, not medical grade. This is a place for healthcare delivery. The doctors, nurses and office managers should be more vigilant with their staff, especially during a pandemic in one of the worst hit states in the country. I expect better. I recommend staying away, at least during the pandemic, especially those that are high risk for COVID.
