Years later, I'm not shocked by this company's Yelp rating…read more 1st Choice Inspections seriously missed the mark during their inspection. I question if they had an ulterior motive for overlooking blatant property issues. Before writing this review, I took the time to fully understand all the property's problems. Regrettably, 1st Choice did not provide an honest report. Subsequent inspections from other companies have consistently contradicted their findings. I recommend avoiding 1st Choice Home Inspections if you want an accurate home assessment. It's also wise to obtain inspections from at least two different companies.
