I would give them a negative ten! And I don't understand how they have good reviews, because with me and my inspection. Very poor. So much wrong, I don't even know where to begin. To my surprise Scott didn't bother to do a cycle with the washer and dryer. Of course. The dryer not only is it hooked up wrong and not vented correctly. Doesn't dry. The washing machine never drained because it was clogged. They also did not inform me about the air handler. Clearly installed wrong also big gaping hole in the plenum that he saw on his way to the attic, where he saw the duct work, not attached taped improperly. I need all new duct work! When I called and asked him for his help with the inspection report. He was away on his family trip.Then, I called him again, he was out of the country. I text him , no reply. And Fred, the partner is no better, never never never use them. This is basic 101 inspection. They should have informed me as a buyer. But you know what, I guess, when you work tightly with the realtor this is what happens. read more

Fred the inspector was very professional and very quick to respond. His reports are so detailed and we feel he gave us such a comprehensive assessment of our first home-to-be. He was available within the same week, we did not have to go with him, and after a couple hours turned the report around same day!! There were drone videos, photos of each potential problem area, and lots of notes to help educate. It gave us the upper hand in our inspection period, and we had time to go and review things ourselves.
