Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! ​Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). ​Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. The tech came out and completely sprayed the outside of the house. He also used a telescoping pole with a swab at the end which removed the wasp nests which was a nice touch.
