Initially, they didn't have any immediate openings, and I was worried I'd be dealing with the issue all weekend. However, Patty promised to call me if a spot opened up. Just as we were losing hope, she called back to say they could fit us in that afternoon! ​Their pricing was actually one of the most affordable of the 5 or 6 companies we contacted. Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. She went above and beyond by taking care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed and discovering a litter of kittens under the house that were likely contributing to the fleas. She was careful not to spray under the house to ensure the kittens weren't harmed (we are now caring for them and getting them to a shelter on Monday). ​Jessica provided us with a clear protocol to keep the house flea-free moving forward. I am overly impressed by there communication telling you the day before they will be at your home, as well as arriving on time and ringing my door bell announcing they are there, and asking if any special areas need addressed. They also know I am allergic to bees and wasp so they pay special attention looking for nest. Then they leave you with a report of what was treated for and what chemical was used. I have had three callbacks over the years and one was addressed with in one hour, now that is service! My latest VIP treatment was done by Marcel, and as always it was a very pleasant and thorough treatment experience!
