Our technician, Jessica, was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. I am overly impressed by there communication telling you the day before they will be at your home, as well as arriving on time and ringing my door bell announcing they are there, and asking if any special areas need addressed. They also know I am allergic to bees and wasp so they pay special attention looking for nest. Then they leave you with a report of what was treated for and what chemical was used. I have had three callbacks over the years and one was addressed with in one hour, now that is service! My latest VIP treatment was done by Marcel, and as always it was a very pleasant and thorough treatment experience!
