I had knee replacement, shoulder replacement, and they had me excited in the progress I made in such a short time.

I called to cancel an appt due to my child falling ill suddenly got no answer. Called back @9a.m and was told I would get a $35 fee after I just paid Julie $400 out of pocket. The girl got smart accused me of holding a spot from another patient. I ask her to stop arguing and let me speak with her manager and she stated you stop! I have never been to an office where staff runs off business! I will never go back as long as she has that lady in her office and I'm reporting this to the medical society and boards. The manager got on the phone and backed up the girls behavior! It was uncalled for just to look at shoes! This wasn't an appt for his feet! It was an appt to see his new shoes! This was not worth $35 dollars cancelations fee!

From the front desk staff to the facility to the therapist it truly is one of the best offices I have been to. They truly care about their patients and put a lot of thought and effort into treatment. I have seen all age groups represented here young to old and each patient seemed to have great rapport with their therapist. I would recommend coming here to anyone in need of PT.

On Thankful Thusday 11/20/25, I have to express a huge thank you to all the Therapists, Assistant…read moreThetapists, and Receptionists at KORT Tyler Center! I have been a patient at this location for at least ten years, off and on. I started at this location because they have a warm water therapy pool with assistant devices to get you in and out of the pool if needed. When I first started there I could do the small flight of stairs to the pool deck and even climbed the ladder in and out of the pool. Due to rapid decline of my back, hip and knees I progressed to climbing the stairs side stepping but using the chair lift to be lowered in and out of the pool. With all the devoted care I was given the facility managed to beat the odds until this past winter when I finally became wheelchair bound or scooted my way in and out of the facility on a wheeled seated rollator walker. Not a problem for these capable PTs and Assistant PTs they lowered the chair lift down to the floor and assisted my transfer onto the chairlift . Then it was "elevator up" rotate the chair and lower me down into the pool. Because of the exercise I did in the pool my orthopedic surgeon said the first knee replacement went much easier and was a success. Once again against the odds, if it wasn't a success my orthopedic surgeon said in my case revision surgery would not be an option but I would require a amputation. After my Total Knee Replacement of the left knee I went through KORT Home Health to make the transition back to therapy at KORT TYLER CENTER easier. The big change was a two month period of treatment without the pool. The advantage this facility knows all my disabilities so they worked on range of motion and strengthening my left leg. They didn't ignore the right but knew my limitations so I wasn't pressured to make great gains with the right. They also know that all my sessions for years on end end with laying flat on my back on a large heating pad and raising my knees on a wedge with ice packs on each knee. Now I'm back in the warm water pool working on all parts of my body but especially strengthening the right knee in preparation this Spring of another total knee replacement. Even though I'm doing a full range of exercises in the pool I get to start each session riding the bike with just my left leg while my right leg dangles off to the side. The Therapists know what equipment can be used best to get the desired result. THANKFUL IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THE CARE I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THIS FACIKITY! Even though they don't have as many Therapists right now as usual the care they provide to their clients is A+.

When you reach out to question the bill, they refer you to the parent company's billing department, who then refer you back to the local branch. You have no control over what they will charge you - this place feels very much like a scam.

During my research on recovery methods, I came across PEMF therapy as something that could potentially help with regaining sensation. I searched for providers near me and found Sergent Wellness. From the beginning, they were extremely responsive to my inquiries and very helpful in explaining the process. I currently do their unlimited monthly sessions for $239, which I honestly feel is very affordable--especially for the value you get. The facility is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you're going through recovery. Since starting PEMF therapy (it's been about two weeks), I've already noticed an increase in sensation in my feet and feel stronger when walking compared to before I started. Overall, I've had a great experience so far and would definitely recommend Sergent Wellness to anyone exploring additional recovery options.
