Chris Reynolds, the owner, showed up and did an excellent job. He took the photos of the solar panels and the roof. He also took his time to answer all my questions before he began his work. He educated me about the cleaning process and how the panels and the roof can be damaged by the droppings if they are not cleaned timely and properly. When Chris completed the work in 8 hours, he again took some photos of the gutters and solar panels ensuring that there is no damages caused by him. I was impressed with his professionalism. His work exceeded my expectation by being thorough and attention to details. He made sure that the area around the house is clean upon the completion of the work. When he left I put out a Facebook advertisment for him, describing my experiance and giving him a glowing recommendation! Then the rains came..... I had one gutter on my two story home which is pretty much hidden behind a chimney, it was one that was previously plugged and was still overflowing during the storm. I called Troy when the weather eased and let him know he missed one, that I needed him to come back and clear this one gutter. He said he wanted $120 to come back out, inspect the gutter and decide if my issue was something he overlooked or if it was due to the storm. It took 20+years for that gutter to plug the first time, but only one storm this time?.... Wierd! Anyway, Dude told me to go to hell and my homeowners ladder isn't tall enough for me to do it myself. His website states "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but he obviously he doesn't mean it. We used a drone and inspected all the gutters on my house. Troy and his guy did an excellent job! On all but one.....
