I've worked with other agents in the past but he is a step above the rest. Each neighborhood we looked at he was able to explain the advantages and even disadvantages if there were any, along with detailing local and seasonal events and how it wod affect the area. One example I could give would be one neighborhood that we looked at which was near a baseball field, he was able to explain hello lights and noise with impact us with in that vicinity, and another example I could give would be that we wanted of neighborhood near a school that was really high quality and he was able to guide us to a neighborhood with on the best elementary schools around. We ended up buying a townhouse, which is also an investment property for us that way we could fix it up a little bit and later rent it out or sell it, because we were within a closer proximity to the local University.
