Been asking them to change A/C filter smells like mold. Since February my mail is still held at post office because I don't have a mail key. Got to my apartment, and it had never been cleaned. My windows do not lock properly, had to run my water for 2 days non stop, no screens or blinds on any window. My door has a huge gap in it, so the cockroaches that are in every apartment come through my door. Any maintenance request you put in, they put a bandaid on it and don't fix it properly. But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. Now there is mold in the walls, and all of us are dealing with the headache... even though JWB gutted the apartment 2 months ago for flooding damage.

Now, with just a couple months left on my lease, Nest Finders is refusing to repair two damaged doors, including a porch door that's a clear safety risk. My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. Tenants deserve better communication, accountability, and respect than this.

You will get none of those things in any of silver Street management properties. I can assure you, after my first interaction with Erik after having to go through Airbnb two different times to complain about the property to get a result, I was very aware of what kind of Shiesty operation I was dealing with and documented everything. I didn't have the time to keep moving from Airbnb and to keep spending hours reporting this to get minimal results.
