The texture is smooth, creamy, not overly sweet, and made in-house with high quality ingredients you can taste. You can sample max 2 flavors & also buy their products pre-portioned to take home or give as a gift. In my opinion they've got the best TRUE pistachio gelato of you're into that. Some notable flavors I've tried that I highly recommend are yogurt, yuzu cheesecake, blueberry, and asian pear. I also love that they give you a little waffle cone shard if you order a cup.

Each had their own unique dressings but were pricey! The caprese was stuffed with a soft creamy chese (lemon whipped ricotta), hot honey and a balsamic glaze. The lemon and hot honey were almost too subtle, I barely tasted those flavors. But the cheese texture was the star of the show. It tasted so light and fresh. The turkey had a tasty garlic house dressing and was piled high with arugula, turkey and thinly sliced tomatoes. I also got half price on the pistacio gelato and a free espresso shot thanks to the Steppin' with Sara event! Cute shop, plenty of seating outside. Super friendly and speedy service! What I appreciate most is that they let the tea shine rather than masking it with excessive sweetness or artificial flavors. The mango was very mango-ey, in a good way. Limone very tart - and very much in keeping with the way it is made in Italy. I had a combination of vanilla (excellent, with flecks of vanilla bean). Not too sweet which is always a plus for me. The cherry gelato was good ... but got a little repetitive. Easy to tire of this flavour. The vanilla was my favourite. Each rectangular styrofoam (I know ... I know ...) container was $17.00 and they pack it in tightly. A good option if you're in the area.

I got a kiddie cone of Ferrero Rocher, and it was perfect. The flavour was just like the name, and there were even pieces of Ferrero Rocher in it. If you're there in the summer, try to eat it soon after you get it because it'll start melting and dripping everywhere pretty quickly. There's paid street parking right outside the store and under the building. But, if you're looking for slightly cheaper parking, I'd suggest driving a little further to Marine Parade Drive.

We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. The menu is extensive, with many drinks, sweets and even savory options. We got the mango bingsu, green tea red bean bingsu, the milk tea bingsu and the pomelo and mango coco drink. I liked the green tea bingsu the most as the ice was very fine and creamy. The milk tea was very choppy and I didn't like the texture as much. I think it's part of the aesthetic, but they serve the bingsu piled up super high in proportionally small bowls. They fully expect a mess so they provide trays for every bingsu to catch the mess as it melts, floods pass the bowl, syrups drip off the ice and toppings topple off. I wish they would just put it in a properly sized bowls instead of the mess. Also, the wooden trays are chipped and broken which doesn't feel hygienic. Service was super friendly even though it was busy, so extra star for the hardworking staff.
