I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! I was told that after dropping off my bumper that the turn around time would be around 3 days. After speaking to Eddie as we discussed my truck's paint code, he went out of his way to educate me on the different shades of that paint code. I had no idea that there were different shades. We matched my truck's color the best we could. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. When I picked it up, I must say that they level of attention to detail and their workmanship really exceeded my expectations! They did a superb job and I am very happy.
