The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!

I got into an accident and took my car to top shop because the reviews were spectacular and they…read moresaid they would take care of me because I went through insurance, they took 3 weeks to fix my car and when they finished the door was an inch higher than normal, the door dropped when opening it the gap between my door and front panel and the paint was dripping and had orange peel in it. I brought all of this to the "manager"s attention (he wasn't a manager as I found out later on) and he said they would fix it, the next day I can to pick it up and the gap was still there and the door trim was still high and I again brought it to their attention and they said for me to talk to my adjuster and find somewhere else because they did all they could and that they work on brand new cars straight off the lot and they know what they are doing because the manager has worked at Rudolph and other places so he knows what he is doing. When I went to leave my car was left dead and when they jumped my car they blew something in my electrical and caused a huge problem with my key and the car itself. As I drove home I noticed they cracked my start button by dropping something on it, my plastic by my shifter gear was chipped presumably by the same thing happening and my car was incredibly dirty in the inside. If I could give negative stars I would I will never ever bring another vehicle to this shop again, they only care about people that have money like the Porsches outside and the expensive cars they supposedly work on, if you are gonna go through insurance for any reason avoid this place bc they will charge the insurance alot and give you the bare minimum work.

I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
