I had such a blast! I always wanted to do a paint and sip, but always was nervous about my painting skills. I did the Moonlight Flight class which was so fun! The teacher, Alexander, was so kind and very thorough in his teaching, which made it easy for me to follow along :) Any questions I had or anytime I needed suggestions, he was immediately there to help. I also appreciated his efforts in letting everyone express themselves and not having to follow the class exactly, but more about having fun! I thought everyone working was kind (big thanks to the owner as well!!) and I am definitely coming back to paint more! This location is really spacious with different rooms for different experiences, with lots of great drink options (including THC/CBD options for non-drinkers like me who still like to have some fun). I thought the price was really fair considering you get to take a beautiful painting home after being taught in a prompt two hours (wish it could've been longer since I had so much fun). Definitely look for glow in the dark classes too, that was definitely a really cute touch!! read more

Recently came to a class with my bestie and had a great time! We were a tad late (poor timing with dinner before down the street) and they were very nice and still very accommodating. The class is slow paced, and I love that they have someone demonstrating on their own paintings so you can see exactly what they're doing step by step. Instructor was very nice and helpful too. Interesting place! Went for a kids birthday party, very cute idea! The kids had fun and got to take home the masterpieces they created!

I love Pinot's Palette! It's a fun thing to do and having no painting experience really doesn't matter! We always have a great time and it's something different if you're like us and go out to eat a lot. The atmosphere is laid back and engaging- every time I've been to a class, the instructor was very informative and they always seem genuinely happy to be there and what they're doing. The classes I've been to are always full and they play music while you're painting. Just a really cool vibe all around and I love the concept! Their sangrias are AWESOME. I can have quite a few of those while I'm there! Lol. They offer many different types of paintings and their website always has the schedules posted at least a month or more out. Last October, my boyfriend and I attended a class and painted a "spooky starry night." It was a lot of fun even though that was definitely more advanced! Haha. I especially enjoy the fall themed paintings. They pretty much cover all the seasons/holidays. read more

You need to have people actually helping when you're painting. The artist was more interested in her own painting and the other artist was helping people with drinks. Many times people had their hand up for help for 10 to 15 minutes. Horrible experience would never return to the Elmhurst location. read more

I went for Hogwarts night to do the painting that must not be named. The attention to detail was outstanding. They had Harry Potter themed paintings outside as well as a brick wall with cart emerging through on the door. When you stepped in, the tables were laid out with house themed tablecloths. I was promptly greeted and given my supplies. Then I went over to the bar where they had house themed drinks and butterbeer. I had the "ravenclaw" and butterbeer. Both were super good. Then a little while we started painting. The instructions were easy to follow and went at a good pace. We also had trivia questions during the painting tutorial that resulted in someone getting a prize. The pencils for the trivia game were even made into wands. They had a few decorations, most notably, a sorting hat that they made. It was epic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I loved the experience. It was my first time doing a sip and paint and I was definitely not let down. Will be coming back soon! read more

This is regarding Pinot's Pallette in Elmhurst. This doesn't apply to other franchises. I have been to other classes and had a much better experience. My friend Diana had a family emergency. When she asked for a refund or credit for a future class, she was told no. We will never be back. Will not give money to a company with no compassion. My sister and I came only because we already paid for it. The instructor went way too fast. She did not wait for people to finish before going to the next step. She played the music too loud and it was hard to hear her. In previous classes with other companies, the teacher and her assistant walked around a lot more offering assistance. There were 2 other employees there that did nothing to help the students. None of us will ever be back. There are plenty of other similar type studios in the area. read more

Have been to other similar classes and enjoyed them much more. This one chose to play very loud music while supposedly giving us information on the next step to paint. She was speaking into a microphone and between the loud music and the microphone, (also too loud) you couldn't understand anything she was saying. Went to the class to paint wine glasses. We now have two cheap glasses that can't be used because we were told when we left not to use them, that we would be receiving an email within 48 hours telling us what needed to be done to the glasses before we used them. It has now been a week and 48 hours and we have still not received the instructions. I have called several times and been told we would receive them that evening or the latest, the next morning. Nothing each time I was told that. VERY DISSAPPOINTING! Will never go back to that location again. read more

Horrible way to run a business!! I wanted to have a birthday party for my daughter here during one of the Little Brushes classes (not a private event as it would be smaller). Called them in March to find out about the April schedule. They told me to check back toward the end of March to view the April schedule. I did and saw the Little Brushes class we wanted to attend for the party. Called for details and told them I was interested in having a party, but wasn't sure for how many people at that point. I sent out invitations for the date and time listed on their schedule. When I was ready to make final arrangements with them, I checked their calendar one last time and saw they had changed the schedule for the day I wanted to have my party and the Little Brushes class was moved to another date and was replaced with another class. I called to find out about it and they said no one had signed up for the Little Brushes class so they changed the schedule and they reserve the right to change the schedule whenever they want. This was 12 days before the class took place. I was also told the Little Brushes classes usually get more business on a Sunday. If they know this why would they schedule it on a Saturday in the first place? I told the girl I was very dissatisfied and I asked if I could talk to the manager. She said the manager would call me and the manager never called!! HORRIBLE!! read more
