Pork belly, coconut rice, soft boiled egg
Diana M.

The food at this place is pretty good but too pricey. So far I would only recommend one item which is off their secret menu since it was worth the taste and amount of food. Service is average and same with ambiance. Although I have only ordered out of their tent service.

Went here tonight while visiting Swan Brewing. Let me say that I love Filipino food. I did my happy dance when I realized what style of food was being offered. We got the Pinoy Rice. Combo. It arrived under a mesh tent that protected it from anything falling into it while being delivered inside the Brewery. We quickly devoured our meals. You are truly lucky that we got any pictures. It smelled so good and the taste was amazing. The skewers were amazing with charcoal cooked chicken with an amazing sauce. As well the lupia was delicious and the coconut rice was good. Really yummy. The couple Im assuming were the owners were really great and made the experience really amazing. I will definitely be back to this food truck for some amazing food

Pinoy Cravings is decent. For food truck/booth prices it is alright. Sam and I shared the Chicken Sexy Skewed and the chicken lumpia. The skewers reminded us of chicken satay and the chicken lumpia could have been more flavorful. Both items hit the spot but not sure I'd go back unless I was really craving some Filipino cuisine.

Caught up with Pinoy Cravings at Lakeland's Saturday Market. They are a wonderful Filipino Street Food Pop-Up "incubated" with Catapult, Lakeland's entrepreneur partnership, meeting with rave reviews. They certainly get mine! It's great to see ethnic food experts sharing and teaching via food from the heart! I enjoyed their bbq skewered chicken "fusion" that includes bbq sauce. Well-flavored, grilled over open flame on site. They usually have 5-ish dishes, including lumpia (egg rolls). They enjoy sharing info on the dishes. Hoping they go to brick & mortar soon, so we can find them every day. They'd like a place that allows continued outdoor grilling and a "street food" vibe.

What a great find! Staff was amazing. I met friends there and was craving just some ordinary…read morecoffee. The nice staff man at the counter asked me how I liked my coffee and I told him and he just put something together. I also ordered the almond croissant. The coffee was delicious with almost a floral note to it. Seemed very appropriate for this place. The croissant was super flaky and filled with a delicious almond crème. Absolutely delicious. My friends both ordered the guava and cheese pastry but said you really have to love guava if you want that because there's a lot of filling. We can't wait to go back. I will say because they are located on the side of the busy road the outside can be kind of loud. But the inside only has tables for two. So keep that in mind!

Everything is fresh and feels like prepared with love. They have all kind of breakfast option from sandwiches to croissant, rolls, buns.. amazing and delicious.. My favorite is the almond croissant but the choccolate one is also very good, we like their hot chocolate and cappuccino as well. The other reason we come here is , they use organic flour and milk, everything is quality and baked daily in house and the delicious flavors shows it.

Stopped in here to grab some food for Father's Day lunch. The goal was to feed 4 people, and have a…read morevariety of items. When we arrived the line was out the door and went around to the back. It was hot, but the team took great care of us. They made sure everyone had water, and for those of age they even offered one Smokemade Lager from Ten 10 Brewing. The line did move at a slow and steady pace. And I appreciate them for offering the waters, the beer, and for managing the line and keeping it orderly. Once it was my turn to order, I did my best not to order everything, but also did my best to pick some favorites. While there was only four of us, we wanted to have a spread and have leftovers. So I ordered two brisket sandwiches, one pulled pork sandwich, one philly sandwich, 6 ct- tallow fried wings (hot korean bbq), large side of cheddar grits, large side of pinto beans, large side of mac and cheese, and a large side of potato salad. When the sandwiches were being made I was immediately impressed by the amount of brisket and pulled pork being put on the sandwiches. While packing our food, I noticed they threw in a loaf of bread. When they handed it to me, I asked if the bread was our ls and they said it was. We didn't order it, but I am thinking since our order was over $100 it might be something that is included, not very sure. Once to my destination we unpacked all of the food and laid it out. It all looked so good, and the smell was out of this world. Everyone quickly made plates and dove it. It didn't take long for us to start commenting on how delicious everything was and that we loved it. The sandwiches were generously packed with super flavourful meat. The cheddar grits were amazing. Some of the best mac and cheese I have had. And the pinto beans were great and I loved the meat they include in the. While we all thought the potato salad was good, it was the least exciting of everything. I think we all prefer a wetter and more southern style. My wife did enjoy her philly, but did make the comment that it was more brisket tasting and not enough philly like. It was also packed with meat and looked amazing. The wings were a nice little addition, great flavor and cooked perfectly. And that free loaf of bread was fantastic, it was similar to a potato bread. Everything was so good and well with the wait. I look forward to my next meal here. The staff was phenomenal and so helpful. Everyone was in great spirits and did a wonderful job, especially considering how busy it was.

I have to be honest I wasn't impressed by my visit to Smoke Made Meats on Crystal Lake Drive…read more I had the brisket sandwich, but the meat was almost a paste, and the BBQ sauces didn't really deliver, super watery. The mac and cheese also left me wanting more it just wasn't as rich as I hoped. That said, their collard greens were outstanding truly the star of the show. And the butter gooey cake? That was a sweet win. I also tried their Frisco fries, and they were decent, but I wouldn't rush back just for those. The ambience is really laid-back. It's like any regular barbecue place. I saw at least 3 to 4 tables of people sitting down and enjoying their barbecue and they seem to have a steady stream of traffic. The cashier who is also getting our food order together seemed really nice. She had a great personality. I honestly don't feel the need to go back and visit again. I feel like I would enjoy barbecue more from four rivers.

I like it! ESPECIALLY THAT RICE!…read more What I came here with a friend and we did one of those specials that has a number of mixed items and can be shareable. I got the all grilled bilao. This was really good! It was my first time having this style of food experience. I thoroughly enjoyed everything on here. The grilled meats were thoroughly seasoned and grilled. The rice was the best! The wait for the dish to be served was worth it! Environment Located in a plaza, so parking shouldn't be an issue, but the inside if quite small and I can see it filling up very quickly. I was there on a Saturday and there was live music at 12pm! Niceness of the staff The staff was very nice! Though there was min interaction, we were able to get what we needed. Dollar It was around 52$ for this plate. I think it is good for 2 people, 3 is possible too, but the meats could be limited... the rice for sure is enough for 3 people... haha Yes I would definitely return here again, I love this variety dish!

We came at a very busy time (all tables we're full) so food and service was a little on the slow side initially. But the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come again to try their other dishes and would recommend it to anyone. If you're not aware, they have another restaurant, Kabayan Grill, which I understand is the same but smaller so if you're debating between the two just go to the more convenient location. This is a casual restaurant that's very family friendly.
