I wanted this figure with drawers (popular in Dali's artworks) and it's also serving as a coverup for an old tattoo. Hieu gave me a very reasonable price and I decided to go with it then and there. It turned out perfect! His attention to detail and the precision on the coverup made me a happy client. The shop is clean and everyone seems welcoming. The preferred payment is electronic. They apologized for the miscommunication, acknowledged the issue, and invited me to return so we could "discuss how to make it right." However, when I contacted them privately, the tone was completely different. Instead of the openness expressed publicly, I was told they "don't think we would be the best fit" because I had shared my experience in a review. The message was defensive, dismissive, and focused on reiterating their pricing rather than addressing the actual concerns I raised -- the inconsistency, the lack of transparency, and the way I was treated when I returned to the shop. I'm adding this update because there is a clear difference between the studio's public-facing tone and their private follow‑through. I reached out in good faith based on their own invitation, but the response I received did not match the sincerity shown in their public comment. Future clients deserve to know both sides of the interaction.

This place is disgusting. I took my daughter in for a piercing and after waiting for about ten…read moreminutes some guy finally emerged from the back. We told him what we wanted and he had us sign the paperwork. He told us to wait while he went outside and smoked a cigarette. Once he came back in he brought us to the piercing room. Without washing his hands or putting on gloves he took the jewelry out of a large box. He placed it on the table then sprayed his hands with alcohol. He then sprayed the jewelry with alcohol but never sterilized it in an autoclave. His marking for a triple helix were way off so we had him redo them a few times. Finally when he pierced her ear, he must have realized he used the wrong gauge needle because while the needle was stuck in her ear, he hurriedly opened a new needle and stuck that in afterwards. At this point my daughter is crying and she tapped out on the final two piercings. He finally put the jewelry in her ear after what took a very long time. He clearly had no idea what he was doing, and other piercers we have visited have done it flawlessly and quickly, to minimize the pain. The post in the jewelry he used was so short that there was definitely no room for swelling, so once we were home we took it out. I'd rather eat the money than have her eat infected, or worse. I contacted the owner afterwards who made excuses for everything and took no accountability. Whomever the guy is who did her piercing, because I never got his name, is huge liability to this shop.
