I've been coming to this location for all of my piercings, but after my most recent visit, I've decided I won't be returning. I went last week just to change out my tragus and helix jewelry. Everything seemed fine until I was told the total -- $150 -- which shocked me. I've never even paid that much for an actual piercing, so being charged that amount just to change jewelry felt suspicious. I decided to pay it anyway since I've been here several times before and trusted them. However, just a few days later, my tragus jewelry started falling out repeatedly -- at least five times -- even though I wasn't touching it. Paying $150 for jewelry that won't stay in feels like a complete scam. Looking back, I realize there were red flags. The piercer didn't sterilize the jewelry before inserting it, which is unacceptable. I also should've stopped coming after an experience a year ago when I came with my mom to get my belly pierced -- an employee told her she had to pay an extra $20 just because I was 17, which made no sense. I went in recently to ask if I could get a refund, but they told me they don't do refunds -- which, of course, is convenient for a place that seems to thrive off scamming people. I've met a few nice workers here over time, but this experience was the final straw. I won't be coming back. read more

I walked in, one girl greeted me but the others kind if just looked at me. I went in to get my nose pierced and they didn't start by telling us prices or anything. Then the girl who pierced me was very... non informative. This was my first "exotic" piercing & she didn't seem energetic or excited or make me feel excited about the piercing. She kind of seemed like she was annoyed with me. Or her job..? I'm not sure. She didn't ask me where I wanted my piercing she just took the sharpie & marked my nose & when I was finished she was like "ur all done" no tips on how to keep it clean or anything. I had to ask her what do I use to clean it for her to tell me what to use& I still had to watch a YouTube video on how to properly clean it. She didn't let me pick my jewelry. If I could give her a 0/10 I would. To top everything off.. the piercing wasn't even in a nice placement at all. It's like in at the damn edge of my nose. I would not recommend this place for first timers. I almost want to take this piercing out and go somewhere else to get it re-pierced. read more

Never had a piercing before and was honestly worried going into my first tattoo and piercing parlor. I just got an upper earlobe piercing and when I walked in was helped by the amazing Miss Savy. She was so professional and offered great customer service. I got to see a couple of the other staff there as well and they were all really chill and helpful. Savy did my piercing and she was just great. She even made a mark with a pen on my ear to show me where the piercing would go to make sure it was the right spot and everything looked good before going for it. Told me everything about care for my new piercing and they had great prices. $25 for mine which included the "diamond" stud earring. Let me first start by saying my nose has been pierced a few years now. I got it pierced somewhere else, and have a L shaped nose ring that's tricky to change. As such, I came here and Desi swapped my jewelry out for me a couple of times. She was very nice and professional, and changed my nose rings quickly. I would highly recommend Desi and give her 5 stars, but she no longer works here. With that said, a couple of days ago, I was blowing my nose and knocked my piercing out. I couldn't get it back in (note the jewelry I was pierced with originally was longer than what I switched it out to). I started to panic and didn't want it to close, since I had to get it re-pierced a few years ago when my nose ring fell out and went down the drain of my bathroom sink. The girl who helped me was very nice and helpful (can't remember her name), but she used a catheter to put my nose ring back in. My nose was sore and bled a little afterward. She explained that she used catheters to avoid pulling on people's noses, and I believe she also stated she has trouble putting the L shaped nose rings in. I deducted a star because my experience this time was completely different than my previous experiences with Desi. I'm not a fan of using catheters to change out jewelry, and am not sure if that's normal. read more

Came here because I saw the reviews and was really wanting a smaller tattoo for a great price. My fiancé and I called 2 other places and were given the price of 100-150 for a tattoo with four small numbers. After coming here *as a walk in* we were told my tattoo would be $40. GREAT PRICE. The artist was named Cesar and he was great. The only downside is I wished they wore their masks there. Other than that, we will definitely be back!!! read more
