    Lavender Cocktail

Fun place to go with friends, with lots of free games to play and the cocktails were all pretty good with nice flavors too, esp would recommend the lavender one if you like florals, but can't go wrong with any of the specials!

I recently re-visited Pins on a Monday evening. We were for my boyfriend's Christmas party. The staff were very kind and helpful. There's a variety of things to do such as duck pin bowling, arcade games, and games like connect 4 and jenga. The space is large so it didn't feel overcrowded. This is a great hang out spot right in the heart of the south side works!

A fun establishment with plenty of games like ducking bowling, giant jenga, video games (mostly old school which was a huge plus), and pinball machines. Have a couple of bar areas but lacking food which would have made it even better. The staff at both the counter to pay for the bowling and the bar were friendly and attentive

I've been here before with friends on a busier time which was fun but also a bit deterring with the crowded younger scene that caused an hour wait for just a game of duck pins along with drunk behavior. I came with my son (12yo) last Sunday and had a much better experience. It was pretty empty, family friendly and spacious. The main negative is parking barriers but we typically can also find free parking Sundays. Kids bowl free along with free soda with a paying adult ($8/game), many other games are free - in fact I think we only paid for pin ball games, duck pins and drinks. And we decided to try to come more Sundays as is an affordable bonding experience with my tween! Thanks Pins!

Lots of fun. There are a lot of free games, and a few paid. We had a birthday party here and it turned out great. The slides are fun. There are an impressive number of beers on tap, many of them local. I found parking on the street. The size of the building is quite large. There are pinball and arcade games, many of them retro. The staff is hard-working an friendly. There was a staff person taking Polaroid photos, which was a blast.

Pins is great for a date, a party, or whatever other festive occasion you may have. The bartenders are personable, and while the cocktails are a bit pricey, they are very well-made. There are endless activities, and you can bring your own food in, making it easy to keep everyone in your group happy.

Pins is a happening place--a loud bar with all kinds of games: arcade, skeetball, Sega and Nintendo, duckpin bowling, giant Jenga, and a large beer pong-type game. There's dance music and music videos playing on large screens, as well sports. Full bar with 36 beers on tap, as well as cans, cocktails, and nonalcoholic drinks. Outside food is allowed, although they also make pizza. We met some friends there for a 40th birthday party Next to us was a group celebrating a 21, and by the bowling an 8th birthday party. It's 21 only after 9pm; before then, the kids are sure to be lining up for the slide. Need more bartenders during peak hours, as i waited 10 minutes to be served at 7pm. Sex-segregated restrooms, and pay-by-phone parking in the garage across the street.

This is a cool place to get a cocktail or beer. They have a good menu of cocktails which my wife and I tried. The Hulk Hogan is a good time. There is no food, but you're on the southside and there are plenty of places to go. Most of the games are free. They don't have an ATM or the ability to give you cash when you settle the bill. (Who has cash on them these days?).

We had the best time celebrating my cousin's birthday at Pins. You can reserve a private space and BYOF. Of course I had to check the tap list and was happy to see local beers from spots like Dancing Gnome and Cinderlands. Or you can get the massive beer tower for fun with a group . There were so many fun games like duckpin bowling, bocce, ping pong , and arcade games I believe they also have a rotating food truck. It was a fun place, not overly crowded. I'd definitely go back.

I had SO much fun here! 80s and 90s kids will love the games. I felt like a kid again! This place has two floors and is a restaurant and bar. TVs are all over and a lot of people were there with friends to watch sports games. We didn't eat or drink anything just came to play games. Games include: - Duckpin bowling ($6 per person per game) - Jenga (free) - Hookie (free) - Pingpong ($0.25 for ball) - Skee-Ball (free) - Nintendo video games (free) - Arcade games ($0.25) - Life size beer pong (free) - Life size light bright (free) Highly suggest this place for a cute date night!

I cannot say enough positive things about our first experience at Pins. From the fun atmosphere to the friendly staff to the delicious drinks, it truly cannot be beat. Things to note when you go: They don't do reservations for lanes but since there are some on both levels, it shouldn't be an issue. There's no food but if you walk out the doors, there are food trucks right there. Check out the nightly drink specials. I had the "Ecto Cooler" - so yummy! Thanks for a fun first time there, Pins. We WILL be back.

Definitely a cool place but they do not accept US cash currency. I will not spend 1 dollar here because of that. Socialism at its finest.

We last minute decided to check this spot out because the weather was perfect and I am so glad we did The drinks were great. I wanted to become completely absorbed into this roof top Pittsburgh restaurant / bar…read more Unfortunately, I left not having the best experience. I came here on a Sunday at about 1pm. We sat outside, which was first come first serve. It took awhile for anyone to approach us but I was in the restaurant industry for some time so I surely realize it happens for many reasons ! My friend ordered two speciality drinks which we were then told they didn't have the ingredients to make those cocktails...Okay - it happens no problem . We then ordered food from the brunch menu ( also out of the first item we asked for , there are only about 6-7 items on that limited menu). We asked if the regular menu would be available that day and we were told "no not on Sunday's." We proceeded to order and consume the hot honey chicken and waffles( good but not much of a hot honey taste and be aware it's BONE IN chicken), French toast with berries ( delicious ), and the shrimp and grits (made to perfection). I ordered the Texas medicine beverage , which was exquisite! (Tequila cocktail, Pictured). We also had the Petal and Pearl , gin and procecco cocktail ,not pictured but very good as well. After we ate, we moved to the bar to grab one last beverage. Again, it took quite some time for someone to approach us, which was odd because many of the girls were making eye contact but walking by us. Finally a gentleman with curly hair came over to take our orders - thank you. We noticed people at the bar were eating wings and food that was not listed on the brunch menu. When I asked how they ordered that, they said the regular menu starts at 3 on Sundays! We were extremely disappointed our original server did not tell us this nor was enlightened that the menu was released at a later time on Sundays. Concerning. It was nice to sit on a roof top in Pittsburgh on a sunny day. They have the atmosphere done with perfection. The food seemed delectable and the beverages done with beautiful presentations. I really hope to give this place another chance and revise my review !

Arsenal Lanes elevates bowling to an entirely new level. The 44th street entrance opens to a grand steep staircase the brings you up to the primary bowling lanes. The decor brings you back to the grandeur of the 1920's Pittsburgh. There are beautiful period pieces salvaged from all over Pittsburgh that make up the front desk and the bar. Walking behind the lanes brings you to a second grand room with even more bowling lanes. There's a beautiful bar and kitchen has the most comfortable red velvet seat found in Pittsburgh in 2026.
