This place is great for all ages... I really enjoy the atmosphere. The food is average and the customer service is as well. We ordered our food for a group of 8 and it came out 1 plate at a time with 10 minutes gaps.. Finally we decided to speak with a manager who gave us 3 $10 game cards which did help with the issue, but we still didn't have our food till 1 hr and 10 minutes after we ordered it. Me and my family went to pinstacks on Saturday night and we had the nicest server. Her name was Suzy and she took such good care of us. She helped give us some great suggestions for appetizers and recommended this huge sundae for the kids which they loved, and she was fun and hilarious. But the best part of being there was that while we were eating my daughter was fussing bc she wanted to go and play the games and I told her she had to wait, well Suzy heard her and came over and was able to calm her down which was a blessing!!! She told me she also had a little girl. It just turned out to be a great family night out. My kids loved the games and bowling and my husband and I loved the cocktails and drinks. Came in at a non peak time when it was not too busy. The only clear reason that the service was lacking was due to understaffing. There was only one girl serving the entire bar area, and although she was amazing, it was simply too much for her. The burger ordered medium came well over done and under seasoned. The chicken and waffles ordered was also way overcooked. Not sure if the same labor deficiencies exist in the kitchen as in the dining area, but the manager on duty had plenty of time to come and have a good time with the customers while his team struggled. Normally I have no problem with the socializing of managers as long a other sacrifices to the product aren't apparent, but it seems that food quality is not a top priority in this establishment. There is so many great things to say about this establishment. When we first arrived, we knew we wanted to eat first and then we were just going to go with it. As we were sitting there and taking a moment to look around, we decided we wanted to bowl. Knowing that it was Labor Day weekend and it was probably going to busy, we were going to put our names on the wait list and see how long the wait was. As my sister was getting up to go ask, she bumped into the culinary manager, Gracie. Gracie asked what we needed and she immediately went to help us even though it wasn't pertaining to our meal. Gracie got us taken care and ensured that our entire visit was great! The food was absolutely fabulous and we had a fun time with our family. I definitely recommend this establishment and for sure recommend that you stop and have a bite to eat! Came back tonight for my fiance's birthday.. We didn't order any food just came to play games and drink. We ended up having a decent night... We played the spin the wheel game and I hit the jackpot for 1000 tickets and won an extra spin landing me 40 more tickets... My fiance' and both saw the tickets count down on the game and the little monitor that u swipe... Upon getting ready to go we went to the gift shop to redeem tickets to get the kiddos a few goodies.... Checked the balance on the card and it only showed 150 tickets... I told the young man in the gift shop what happened and he said the same thing happened to another customer and it took a few minutes for hers to update.. He said she played the same game as we did.. We waited.. He checked again... No tickets... He called management... Management came took our cards and came back and said we didn't actually win the 1000 tickets but the 4 tickets... I'm like no.. If we only one 4 tickets it would not have given me the extra spin not counted down the tickets on the screen... I asked if the cameras could show where we played the game and show that the game counted down tickets... He said no but if that answer wasn't satisfactory than to come back tomorrow to speak with another manager.. At this point.. I don't think it'll be necessary to go back... I have no reason to lie about winning tickets especially after spending so much money in there... read more

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. The bartender, Chris, from the get go had a negative attitude and began the conversation with "what do you want?" in a condescending manner. Kids had a good time - only issue was that my VIP reservation was chock full of people when I approached. The kid at the desk switched us to another lane without a problem. I can only give it 2 stars for now. First, the location seems smaller than other pinstack and there are less lanes. I went last night and it was super packed. You could barely walk around the game area without bumping in to someone. I witnessed not so friendly customer service while waiting for my party. The staff could have been a little stressed because there was so much going on but their jobs are to serve their customers. One of the managers seemed to care less to address one of the patrons concerns about her reservation. We actually ended up leaving so I didn't try any food or drinks. Very disappointed in this location. I go to Pinstack and take my nephew and som quite often. This time it was my best-friends son's birthday and we had paid for a hour of bowling, we were having a great time! Towards the end of the bowling we started to get ready to cut cake really quick, we asked for plates and it was taking a long time to get them. While we were still waiting a lady came up to us and told us we would have to move in about 15 minutes. We still were waiting on plates and silverware when another lady who called herself a manager came over and told us we had to get up and was very rude about it. When we asked this "manager" for plates she stormed away with an attitude and then came back and slammed the plates on the table. When we were trying to rush and cut cake another individual came over which would be the 3rd person rushing us and being very rude, and making a scene. Im so disappointed because this was done in front of both of my child and my nephews and just unacceptable. I expect better especially after I spent so much money. read more

I visited this location on a Friday night. I noticed how full the parking lot was and immediately thought that the wait to eat or bowl or do anything would be ridiculous. Well the place is huge! Don't let the fullness of the parking lot discourage you from going. I went with a group of about 7 people with the purpose of bowling. We were told the wait was 45 minutes but we wanted to explore anyway so it wasn't a big deal. We headed to the arcade. Lots of games! It felt like a Dave & Busters and we had a great time during our wait. The bowling wait time ended up only being about 25 minutes so that was great. Bowling was a lot of fun. We ordered food and drinks from our waitress and she was very attentive. The food didn't take long and it was awesome!! Way better than any bowling alley food (they have a legit restaurant). We had about 3 pizzas, cheesesticks, wings and sliders among the 7 of us. Way too much food but so tasty. Drinks were also great! They weren't watered down like we expected! Kudos to the bartender! The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the party next to us. Online it says that there are only allowed 8 bowlers per lane so I would assume they wouldn't allow for more than that many people in a lane. Incorrect. There was a birthday party happening beside us and there were at least 30 kids + parents. The kids kept coming into our lane while we tried to bowl. They would not sit down and the parents had no care in the world. I alerted our waitress to the issue and she got someone to come over and speak to the boys.. well they're boys.. so of course they didn't listen (why he didn't speak to the parents is beyond me). So the last hour of our bowling was us having to ask the guys to get out of the way so that we could bowl without them standing right next to us. It was so annoying. They also brought out a birthday cake and completely took over the bar style tables set up for our lane. We had nowhere to discard empty plates and trays because they were using our tables and theirs. I should've called for a manager because maybe that would've helped. Nonetheless I will be back to Pinstack and will ask for a manager if this is an issue again. read more

My family and I came on Christmas Eve to play s couple games. When we asked to get another hour they said It would automatically transfer over and our game would stay in tact. I celebrated my birthday here last year and recently came back again for another birthday celebration. This is a great place to hangout with a group of friends. Both times they were able to accommodate a large amount of people with no issues. (We had 15-20 people and the service was awesome). The wait time for bowling was 2 hours so we did the rope obstacle course and played a bunch of arcade games while we waited. After our bowling game, we wanted to extend our time but the staff told us we'd have to wait another 1.5 hours which sucked. But overall, a good experience. This place has potential but is so unorganized. The girl at the front desk is not excited to be there which was obvious as she played on her phone and didn't greet anyone. As first time visitors we didn't know if we had to check in with her or what. It was a Saturday night and was packed so thought it must be decent to have a crowd like that. We were wrong. Had to request a server, wait long times for the server and food which came out cold and sit there and look ok as multiple employees wandered around instead of bussing the 6 or 7 dirty tables. The arcade area looks great, but again for a first time user we had seek out help on the process of getting credits since the machine wasn't working. In short, we spent close to $100 for terrible service, cold food, a few drinks (only reason for not giving 1 star) and no games. Let me preface this by saying my husband and I both worked in the service industry for many years in our younger days. We're the first to tip well, and the last to complain about service...but today was ridiculous! My family and I went on NY day and entered right as they opened at 11:00. This was our first time at this location. Our waitress greeted us on our bowling lane and was super pleasant and helpful. We ordered 2 draft beers and 2 appetizers (one of which was hummus). After almost 25 minutes waiting for our beers, I went to the bowling counter to ask about our order. The clerk promptly walked over to a "manager" named Brady and relayed my question. Brady walked off to the back. I have never seen someone walk so slow and still actually be moving. After another 10 minutes, another waitress brought our beers out. No apology, no visit from the manager. At 45 minutes into our 1 hour visit, our cheese sticks arrived. No apology, no manager, and no second appetizer, our hummus. 1 hour into our visit, our game is over and we ask for our check and ask the waitress to remove the hummus as we never received it. 5 minutes later the hummus arrives. All this time, slow walking Brady the manager is roaming around aimlessly and doing nothing. Terrible service experience and sub-par food. Not happy. read more

Unfortunately in any industry food beverage, car dealer, Doctor... whatever the industry is at some point in time the Business is going to drop the ball. Generally if you talk to a manager they'll fix the problem so that you'll come back and also to prevent a bad review. I would give this 0 stars. We had a small group event of 13 people. Ordered unlimited drink pack and some bar food. We placed an order and they sent a note back it was too much food so we paired back. Fyi 20 street tacos for 13cpeople was not enough food so we asked for 2cmorecplatters. Waitress brings 2 entrees of street tacos. Not what we want but waitress says. "Oh I cant order platters". Well why didnt you tell us we needed to order that from a manager. Waitress was not around to bring drinks so we went to the bar. After a complaint to management, waitress was very attentive. Keep in mind this is a Monday night so not overly busy. Coworker orders a red wine, glass is dirty. I go to the bar to order. 1st glass I am served has a filthy glass. Bartender apologizes stating he should have seen that so he pours another. I walk away with another dirty glass (sticky, previous sugary drink sticky on outside of glass). Then I ordered a burger. Absolutely no seasoning. I have had a wonderful experience here, Kay and Thaddeus have been wonderful servers. Top shelf liquor for bottom shelf prices, and fantastic service from all employees. Patrick was a wonderful manager as well. Jordan was our server at the Bowling Alley bar, and he put smiles on our faces. We brought a friend in from out of town and had the time of our lives. All the arcade games are very well priced, and you can have a great time without breaking the bank. Alaria also made sure that we were well taken care of. Ryan answered all of our questions at the Bowling desk and got us a great lane in the VIP section.
