Love these lanes. Great lanes- they take really good care of them. And there are really good specials if you look at their FB page

    Ripped shoes

I came by today with my family and service is not good. There is no clear sign of prices. Only the lady at the services desk verbally telling us and with attitude when we asked for the prices again. After we gotten the lanes they failed to listen to my aunts request to put bumpers on the lane her kids are bowling on. On top of that a few of us were hungry so we went to cafe and the lady there was rude as well. I don't know what it is with the employees here, but they seem miserable and are not welcoming. To add to the lanes are very outdated, there is no music and the shoes have rips and holes.

First time back since bowling in the Quaker State Open in1988. Asked the Lady at the front desk if I could bowl on the championship pair 39-40. So I got to bowl on lane 40. The first thing I noticed right away is the strange pin action if you hit light on the pocket. Expecting to rip the rack and twice I left the 4-8-10 and once left the 4-10 on a light pocket hit. The pins acted like they were plastic like the twisters. The other drawback was the backends didn't react like I expected with fresh lane conditions. Before I left I asked the Lady at the desk if there were any pictures from the 1988 Quaker State Open hanging on a wall? She looked at me like I was bothering her. She replied "no" in a way that It's like the PBA history and memories were completely forgotten.

They do take into consideration the kids and the Youth league's, by not allowing smoking in the bowling alley during those times.

General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience

But, the nice lady at the desk with the radio voice let us get on the list and we were bowling within 5 minutes. I went to grab some food for my twins at at the food station and the lady was really short with us. She really didn't seem like she enjoyed her job. I do the same job she does bright and early in the morning everyday so I know it's a tough job, being in customer service. But, she seems jaded and tired of her job. She was very upset when I wrote how horrible her attitude was on the receipt and began to tell me how she was going to cook my food horrible, mind you the food was for my children, not me. Then she proceeded to tell me I could come back there and do the job for her if I wanted to. Then she yelled at me the whole time I was walking away. But, I didn't pay her any mind. The food was actually pretty good from what the children said. I even tried it. My son did mention that the fries were over salty. Then I saw her again when I went to tell the nice lady at the desk they lane 1 and 2's ball had gotten stuck. The nice lady told me she was having it fixed. But, as I turned to walk away the kitchen lady still proceeded to try and start and argument, mentioning again how I said she was horrible. It wasn't the fact that she was short with us, it was more of her rushing me through. I mean, there was nobody behind us, no line at all, but she actually acted like she hated even being there and that she thought she could say or do anything with no consequences at all. Which is pretty funny to me considering I'm sure you have had complaints on her before with that attitude and she probably feels like because she's been there awhile that nothing is going to happen to her. But, I really think she should find a job that she enjoys because she can cook well. She can obviously multitask considering how busy it was. It was just the horrible attitude for me and the fact that she didn't even realize that she had one. She was oblivious to the fact she does have a bad one and very upset that I even mentioned it. But, I usually tell someone how I feel . I tell the truth no matter what and if you can't handle the heat,PLEASE get out of the kitchen and let someone else who will enjoy it more have a chance at that job. It's a nice job from what I can see and she was making great tips. I even sent my boy back with a tip for her because he enjoyed the food and being that I'm in the service industry, I believe in karma and I know we have our days. But, I could tell from her that her behavior is a normal thing for her. Other than that we had a great time and everything was chill and clean. The lady at the bar was super sweet too. I don't drink, but I did get a Valentine's Day basket from her for my wife. Don't worry we'll be back! :)

It's not too far from the convention center area with all of the sports arenas and has a private parking lot. Entry was very reasonable - I think around $10 if I remember correctly. I also tried my hand at mini bowling - there are two lanes in the museum you can play for free. And I got a strike on my 3rd try - go me. As a not avid bowler, I'm sure I didn't get a much from the museum as someone totally into the sport. But it was till fun and interesting. You are able to search bowlers who threw a sanctioned 300 game (including myself) which was a fun trip down memory lane (no pun intended). You can easily spend 60-90 minutes here. You don't have to be a bowler to appreciate the experience. I'm glad I was able to visit.
