This was our first time at this location and as another reviewer commented there weren't a ton of people which was refreshing when trying to enjoy the games, however we did go around 1pm on a Thursday! We had a great server, can't recall his name at the moment, but he was friendly and attentive. My sister got the chicken sandwich and I got the chicken strips and despite all the negative reviews we were impressed with how good the food was; I even liked the coleslaw and I never like coleslaw! We will DEFINITELY be back as we would like to try their happy hour next time (4pm-7pm or 9pm to close)! I will say that I do have a game request...Plinko!! read more

I haven't been to D&B in many years but a friend of mine and his family were visiting from out of town. They go to D&B weekly near their home. Matter of fact, my friend has a D&B gold card that they don't even make any more. He has a gazillion points on it and he is adept at playing a lot of the midway aka fair games. His daughter is just as adept so imagine my surprise when I blew through my $25.00 card in about 10 mins and each of them had won a combined 50,000 tickets. What was cooler than cool was that my friend asked my daughter, which stuffed animal she wanted and she pointed to a pig with a green hoodie. The employee was so kind to get out the ladder and grab the pig with the green hoodie. My friend handled the employee the gold card and I don't think she had ever seen anything like it She swiped it and basically said, " Ya. You're good". I laughed so hard. I ended up asking her if she had ever seen a point total that high, and she had not. It was a cool experience for everyone. In the end, I am not that savy in playing these games and the carpet does smell like old socks but I can see where it can be fun once and awhile. read more

This Dave & Busters is truly sad. I have been to many other ones and this location has 1/3 of the games and the prizes are so sad. We had 12,000 tickets and ended up saving it for later because there just wasn't anything worth while. I would definitely recommend Wahooz or Big Al's over this arcade. read more

Going to do this in order... my husband and 2 children got there at 615/630 to make it in time for happy hour that ended at 7. We didn't get greater until 10/15 mins after we sat. Ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Keep in mind. There was 1 other table and what might have been an office party that someone who was not our server assisting. And maybe 4/5 couples at the bar. We didn't get our drinks in 10 mins later and our food came 1/2 mins later. We ordered another round which also took a decent amount of time. Since it took too long we ordered our last round right at 658/659 because that's when our server came to the table with her tablet. ( soo she didn't have to go to the bar to order) we waited until 707 ( by not I'm keeping times) Im keeping an eye on the bar and our drinks still aren't made. she came back and said since we ordered right before she had to go to the bar and didn't make it in-time. We asked her te speak to the manager to discount it. Or do something She went to speak to the manager Please also remember we have a toddler and a 9 month old we're trying to keep calm. 20 mins later she comes back with 2 drinks. She or the manager never came over to apologize or tell us what happening. During this time I saw 2 people behind the bar and about 4/5 servers of workers. While the food was fine the service, management and bartending was very poor for how busy it wasn't. ALSO! After this we went to the games and we're gipped. My husband and I went to the ski ball game. For some magical reason we both hit 100 our last ball and it didn't show in the game our scores. Which im not surprised about because the other times we were there playing fish frenzy we got gipped too! I'm giving times to that corporate looks at the cameras and see what's happening. As far as Dave & Buster's go, this location is as good as it gets. I am not a chain restaurant person, but I was here with an entire baseball team and didn't have the control I would've like to have had when choosing a place to have dinner. That being said, this Dave & Buster's was a pleasant surprise. I ordered something I knew was safe (a.k.a. fried food), and it actually was very good. My daughter had a salad and also enjoyed that. The place was clean and comfortable for our large group. This review is mainly for the gaming portion. Having come from the Bay Area where the crowds were sketchy and everything and everywhere was always manic and crowded, this place is great. We often come on Wednesdays and it's rare in the afternoon or early evening to not get on whichever games we want to, multiple times. The restaurant service can be slow, but overall good experience and kind employees. We also appreciate seeing repair employees constantly walking around and are fairly easy to flag down when things stop working or cards aren't dispensed. read more

Every time I order from here the food is exquisite. It always looks like it does in the picture and you can tell that the chef takes pride in their work. There can be a difference between having "food that looks good" and food that "tastes good". This restaurant has both! The roasted peppers from the chimichurri bowl were poppy and flavorful. The cantina nachos had flavor in every bite. The subtle herb flavors in the manchego chicken were delicately matched with the marinade on top of the potatoes. Shout out to the kitchen. I'm just not a fan. Drinks were weak and pricey even during Happy Hour. Food menu is limited. Everything comes out cold. If you have a large group, you get one server to juggle 20 prders/drinks. They need to utilize the table kiosks, where you can order and pay for your own bill. Unless you have kids, this place is ridiculously loud. I won't be back. read more

Went in with a party of 11 on a Friday night, no reservations. We were seated immediately, and had our order taken, and food sitting in front of us in an amazingly short time. Left the restaurant and 10 minutes later had to call because my son folded his retainers up in a napkin (as he has been told not to do multiple times). Went back and asked to dig through the garbage...the manager not only took us back and gave us gloves, but also put some on and assisted in digging! Went to Dave and Busters for my daughter's birthday. Started off with lunch and the restaurant. Should have known it would not be good when the waitress greeted us as we asked how she was she said "well I am here"... Anyways, hubby and I ordered three different appetizers (nachos, cheese stick stacks and the combo app that had fries, chicken strips and fried pickles. My daughter got the chicken parm. Mind you, it was not that busy in there According to my daughter the chicken parm was good. For my hubby and I we were disappointed. The only item that was not lukewarm was the cheese sticks. All other items were not hot at all. The nachos hardly had any toppings on it. No offer to refill my hubby's drink so he ending up drinking mine. As for the games.. well not surprising it is expensive. But, I wasn't shocked with it. Would I have liked it to be more reasonable? Sure, but it is what it is. We played, had fun and my daughter ended up with enough points to get some cool stuff. Would we be back? Definitely not to eat. Maybe to play some games for a special occasion. But, if the cost was more reasonable they could definitely get people there more often. read more

We came here for bowling for my 15 year old birthday. The inside is large and has a fun atmosphere. Picking out shoes and getting a lane was pretty simple. The weird thing was there wasn't many people there but they put us in the corner next to the loud wild people. They looked like we're having a great time but they had a 11 month old baby with them they weren't watching and was constantly crawling up into our lane. I was afraid my 8 year would not see her and accidentally hit her. There were many other open lanes but they refused to move us. We paid for two rounds which we only ended up playing 1 because the other peoples kids kept getting in our lane. When we asked for a refund for the other game they wouldn't do it. I tried to explain the situation but they continue to say no. Unfortunately will not be coming back. There are other bowling lanes that are way more flexible. read more

Didn't start well because we had to flag our server down for every little thing (including when they grabbed my husbands empty glass but didn't bother asking if he wanted another - does one go to D&B to not drink?!). We did have fun playing the games, but it's SUPER overpriced for what you get. The real kicker was we went back to the bar to get another drink and ended up walking away after standing there with no one acknowledging us - we tipped 20% at dinner (because we don't go out much and are saps but mostly because we were willing to give benefit of the doubt first go around) but they didn't even help us when we came back! The dirty dishes were the most important thing to those bartenders Pretty disappointing for a date night. Save yourself some money and headache and go to BEERS instead. Having been in only occasionally, I can say that if/when I sit at the bar, service is pretty good. Otherwise, the service is about like the others... pretty slow. Drinks and service The drinks were quite good. A few of us went in during at BSU game for a drinks and dinner. Put in an order for drinks just after the 4th quarter started... got 'em and the food just seconds before the end of the game. Water came after a few minutes, but the drink order was at least 20 minutes to arrive. Took so long the waitress sent the manager over to talk with us before she brought the drinks. I'm guessing managers have are pressed to Not comp drinks or offer to make it right because that didn't happen. The food and service Not surprisingly, the food showed up just a couple of minutes after the drinks. The Waiter didn't ask if there was any thing else we needed. The mid meal visit was just 'is everything still ok?'. No real attempt to see if we needed anything. Plates weren't promptly cleared from the table. The check too way to long to arrive after we were done eating. I think the root cause is that Dave and Busters is chronically understaffed. And, it could be that this causes high turnover, resulting in poorly trained staff. At the end of the meal we asked to speak to the manager to share some feedback and see if she would offer to make anything right. Nope. Just some talk about how the recent feedback is that the service is so much better in the last 12 months. Not really helpful. Was the experience horrible? No. The food was good. Maybe go only when you're not in a hurry. read more

I can't tell you how disappointed we were. This is the first date night we've had since before COVID. Was told a 45 minute wait for a table - no issue with that - asked to be put on the wait list and headed to the bar for a drink. Wasn't even acknowledged for 18 minutes. 14 minutes later received our drinks. Went to ask about how much later our table would be - we weren't put on the list! Went to pay our tab so we could leave because by this point we are so annoyed by the service - another 15 to get the check and another 10 for her to run the card. Overheard the table behind us say they hadn't been greeted and had been waiting for 15 minutes. The table next to them said they'd experienced that wait time at the beginning AND their food was running on a 45 minutes. We left. Can't tell you how disappointed we are. I love this place! I have always had a great experience here. The people at the bar are always helpful with the choice of drinks & recommending food on the menu. Everything on the menu is delicious. The drink menu is fun to go through lots of choices! I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Date nights, families, a group of friends, events, and birthdays! There is always something for any age. Personally I love the jeopardy machine and playing trivia for hours. I like to come here mostly on Sunday's but any day is fun here! By far the worst service, 10-15 minutes to get a beer is ridiculous when they are not that busy. Had to ask the waiter every time for a round of drinks and water. Went in on Sunday afternoon. Found a seat at the bar. Bartender was nice and took our order relatively quickly. Although, once the food came, had to ask for silverware/napkins and Ketchup (which never came - my husband had to go to table and grab a bottle). I ordered the Fish and Chips - DON'T DO IT. Was so greasy, too much breading, and the fish was mushy which lead me to think it was frozen, which is not good - if it is frozen that should be mentioned on the menu. Manager even asked how it was and I told her what I thought. She offered to get me something new, but my husband was almost done eating and I didn't feel like waiting around. There are so many other places to go and get good food and service for the price (fish and chips were $17.99), so won't be going back. read more

Came here tonight for dinner. We waited 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food. We had a party of five and three are kids meals. My son ordered buttered pasta from the kids menu. He immediately spit it out. The pasta smelled like chemicals. Something between gasoline and lighter fluid. We immediately told the waitress who agreed it smelled bad. She calls the manager over who refuses to smell the food, then takes it in the back and comes back to tell us nothing is wrong with it. I had a blast with my friends, but nothing about the establishment was superb. For $20 I barely got 10 games. The games go by a points system and many games cost nearly 100 points. You can earn virtual tickets that you can spend at the ticket store. I did like their ticket store. They give good quality items and not too many points either. The burger & fries were horrible hard to believe they would of served it to a customer first of all the burgers were both burnt to a crisp no lie, I could not eat mine and the fries were almost cold to eat. Bad experience altogether.......:( would not recommend the restaurant. read more
