We went here for a couple games of bowling on a Wednesday afternoon and had a good experience. The alley was pretty calm, lots of open lanes and offered a couple of options to play, either renting a lane for an hourly cost or playing per game. The prices seemed reasonable and the staff was kind and quick to get us setup and on our way. The space feels very clean and new, the renovations are very nice and still keep the retro vibe you hope for in a classic bowling alley. The shoes were clean too, a major plus. Sometimes good things happen after bad. We use to visit this bowling alley a lot. My son did league bowling here and we always had a great time bowling as a family. Major damage happened with a big storm and was closed for what seemed to be forever. We were so upset thinking it would never reopen until it did. We are so excited about the new renovation and equipment. New balls, shoes, rugs and furniture. The place looks great. Food is still very good and the service is excellent. Even some of the same people are still involved. Like everything prices have gone up. With lane and shoes you could easily spend over 100 bucks in an hour. The arcade is cool but a bit expensive as well. $20 dollars gets you about 2 - 4 credits depending on the game. I do recommend this bowling alley if you are not cost sensitive. Nice clean facility with a LOT of lanes. Check-in was fast and snack bar service was fast & efficient. Went at 8:30 on a Sunday night. Plenty of open lanes and a great discount for Sunday evening. Excited that kids bowl free is back on our side of town & the bowling alley has reopened! We enjoyed a couple games this week & it's definitely a nice rebuild of the old Fiesta Lanes. A little pricey for shoe rental if we plan to come a few times a week for the kids bowling this summer. It's nice to have service at the lanes for food & drink - while we didn't order this time, we were checked on frequently & everyone seems very nice. Only issue we ran into, the lane had "technical issues" at least once every couple of rounds. It fixed itself, but having redone everything recently you'd hope these issues would've been worked out by now. Regardless... We'll be back as my daughter had fun! read more

Well I've been bowling at Fiesta for about 3 decades now and they are finally open again after Mother Nature blessed them with a remodel. I bowl here weekly on a league and usually stick to the normal pizza and fries. Just last week we decided to go out on a limb and try something new. Let me tell you what a hidden gem! We had the steak salad and the bourbon glazed pork belly and WOW I was blown away with the quality and flavor. Now it's not from scratch but they are preparing it right cooked perfectly, the cook there (sorry forgot your name) delivered to us so it was timely and hot! This week we tried the wings and they came out sauce on the side which threw me off at first but they were super crispy and juicy on the inside not a dry wing in the bunch. Ambiance..... well it's a bowling alley so nothing fancy but I will be back just for lunch/dinner without bowling. Keep up the good work read more

I tried to reserve a lane here and the website kept wanting to set it up for somewhere in Minnesota or Michigan (I forget). When I called the Tucson location to see if we could reserve a lane any other way, the supposed manager who answered the call was very dismissive and rude. He exuded a very "not my problem" attitude and it felt like he was just trying to get me off the call as quickly as possible. Look, I understand that technology has overtaken these simple tasks to make running businesses more efficient. However, this should never come at the cost of decent customer service. A simple sorry from the "manager" (if they even were) would've prevented this review. Do better. read more

I came here to bowl last night and really loved the updated interior. The space looks great, and the arcade games all seem brand new--many of them I hadn't seen before, and I'm excited to come back and try more. We played the basketball game while waiting about 10 minutes for our lane to be ready. When our lane stopped working, the staff quickly and easily moved us to another one, which I appreciated. I believe they currently have a special for unlimited bowling (including shoes) at $10 per person, which is a great deal for a fun night out! read more

Well, it took severe winds tearing the roof off to allow an upgrade to this bowling place. It looks beautiful and hope that the equipment has been upgraded or fixed. Pinz Fiesta is an updated Lucky Strike - it is an entertainment center bowling. Seating just like Lucky Strike, with an added table in the center for food and drink. An attorney's dream for liability - and the insurance companies will love the rates they can charge for liability. One spilled drink - person sticks on the lanes - breaks an arm - hope they have good insurance. If you are a serious bowler - be prepared no place to put your gear - and watch your knees on the table before going up to the lane to bowl. Other than that - it is nice, clean, no carpet, like where the counter was placed. Like the new food bar and bar. Just a real nice entertainment center like Main Event and Roadies - except you have more lanes. It is true - some will like the changes - others will not - you decide. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk attendant (Bev) was very rude and unhelpful. The game started very late due to this. The lane also malfunctioned several times and was a health hazard with how slippery it was. I actually slipped and fell, which caused me to bust my knees. Despite the new paint job and rebrand, it is truly the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. Poor quality all around and I'd rather pay more for a better experience. Choose wisely. read more

Looked forward to the reopening since was always going when it was Fiesta Lanes. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the new layout much more open and welcoming for groups. The servers running up and down the lanes made it a lot easier to get a drink and meal. Denyse was on point with making sure we had everything we need pizza and beer wise top notch. The bartender Dani made sure to make the drinks just like the pictures and even gave options to them drinks on display refreshing and looking to try the new menu out. I took a friend to Fiesta Lanes because she had never bowled before. The staff was nice, and I used a Groupon for one hour of bowling and shoe rental. Everything was wonderful....but it was COLD! Not very many people were there on a Monday at 2pm....it seriously was like a meat locker. We did not get anything to eat or drink, as we were on a time clock. lol About half way through our hour...the balls we threw stopped coming back to us. Then pin got stuck...and we had to contact the counter. They tried to fix it, and after two more frames....we were asked to switch lanes. I certainly will take my friend back there again, as she kicked my jazz her first time bowling. Hopefully the lanes will be up and running, and maybe we will get a beverage and a snack. read more

Would not go back. The entire time our lane wasn't working and kept getting moved to more lanes that wouldn't work. We'd throw a ball then it would get stuck. We'd get told to wait it out or someone would fix it. Spent practically all of our time and money wasted on hoping our lane would either spit our ball back out or for the rake to stop being stuck. Didn't get much help or anything back other than them moving us to lanes right next to each other that were all malfunctioning. read more

Fun for the whole family! But they are very busy, so make sure you plan well ahead and give yourself time to possibly wait 30 to 45 minutes for a lane. A lot of fun and automated machines that can be programmed to bring the bumpers up for a little kids on the list and go back down for the regular bowlers. Fiesta Lanes is amazing! I went on a Sunday night to take advantage of the $9 unlimited games and shoe rental deal. They also have a menu from the cafe of appetizers for $2. There were plenty of lanes open and no reservation was needed. We were even able to split our group to use both lanes in our area to make game time faster. I love the easy to access selection of lightweight balls, usually I have to ask for one but this location makes it self serve. The computers at each lane keep great score and have interactive charts to keep track of everyone's stats. Each player can take a photo and add a nickname which shows up on the board. Overall the experience was great and I plan on coming back regularly! read more

Cleanliness shows as balls are removed by staff and cleaned after each group finished a lane. Staff was friendly. Equipment worked. Seating is a bit limited, but not a big deal.
