We held our office holiday party there the other night. The staff at Pinz were very accommodating and attentive. Justin was an amazing waiter! The room was set up nice and was more than adequate to our needs. All the food was very good, the loaded tater tots were awesome as well as the chicken fingers. With so many staff we ordered plain chicken fingers and were offered several sauces as sides to accommodate everyone's taste. All our staff really had a great time. read more

After spending a great day at the escape room in the mall, my family and I headed down to Pinz to get some chow. We had heard some great things about Pinz and were excited to try it out! My kids were super thrilled to check out the arcade. Overall, the food was delicious! Service was fantastic but especially Lizzie! She really made the night special. The prices were wayyyy too expensive for our tastes. Not too happy with that. Also, the arcade was lacking. Some fun games but the prizes were boring. Mostly good but could improve in some areas. Goodness gracious. Can't tell you how friendly the staff is but at the same time they are absolutely clueless on how to run this type of establishment. Under estimating a 2 hour wait (3 hrs) for bowling, lack of ability to manage bowling events (how about event gets to bowl for an hour and then move in others), food screw ups (no fish tacos, 45 min later we have them, then deliver something else). No waitress for bowling, have to track one down. Screw up bill, on and on and on. Bowling lane manger has no idea what a string or a frame is. Ball return breaks. Yikes. This place is a great idea that completely lacks execution. Order a seltzer, get a tonic. Order a margarita, get a madras. Order a beer, get a wine. Ask for a box for pizza...three times. Want to leave bar to play cornhole, close or tab. Want to leave corn hole and go bowling, close out tab... food from previous tab takes and hour to show up. Please. Large group of adults on a Friday night all had an awesome time. Great bands, full bars, dance floor, tons of games, cool bowling lanes, room was great for large party, awesome service, friendly staff. Plenty of parking- easy access. We just had a great time here!!! read more

Great idea and could be a goldmine but the staff needs to be trained properly and management needs to get a handle on execution. 2 hr wait for bowling when there were lanes that weren't being used. Bar staff was 50/50. Not very friendly to customers but efficient. Waitstaff took our table away, while we were using it, to set up for a private event but event didn't start while we were there. Really wasn't necessary to displace us. Feels a bit like a free for all with staff that really don't understand customer service. read more

I booked a party and was able to do this on short notice without a problem. The service was great. We had to change to a later time on the same day and we were able to do this without any problems. The staff was very accommodating and our group of teens had a fun time at the arcade with no time restrictions. I would definitely recommend for service and entertainment. read more

Amazing. They have live music, a arcade a bar and a restaurant. Did I mention the bowling alley? Amazing sliders! They have prizes you can win too! From food to candy, this place is truly unique! We (group of 10) got to pinz at 8:30 to bowl. We were told it would take 1hr for lanes to open so we went to the pingpong tables by the bar to hang out. After waiting 3 hours and asking twice if our lanes were ready we left because we watched numerous families get seated before us. When we complained to the person handing out shoes they said they texted us at 10:15 but we never received a message. No apology just blamed it on the wifi. Drinks were over priced and tasted like there was no alcohol in them. Two stars because it had a nicw arcade and hang out area. read more

What a horrible experience. Party of 10 and we were told an hour wait because we wanted two lanes. Not a surprise no big deal. So we had some drinks while we waited and let the kids play in the arcade. I went to grab a beer for my girlfriend and myself and was quite surprised when I was told $14 for two beers. Talk about price gouging. For a buck more I could walk into any package store and get a 12 pack. Oh, by the way the Coronas are fucking skunked. So we finally get our lane. Yes you read that right, they put us all on one lane even though we requested two. Who the fuck puts 10 people on one lane?!? An incompetent jackass that's who. So we walk out to the lane and the FIVE lanes next to us are not being used. We question the waitress and are told some bullshit excuse. As we bowl we find out that one of the children's names wasn't in the system. But we were charged for shoes. My Husband and I went to Pinz this weekend and put our name in for bowling. Just a party of 2. We were told there was an hour to hour 1/2 wait and they will text us when an alley was open. We came back about an hour and 15 minutes later went by the lanes in the mall entrance and there were 3 lanes open, but we were told it was another 40 minutes. We waited around another 15 minutes and left the mall. Had dinner about 8:30 in Plymouth and never got a text. Got home about 10:00 and still no text. I liked to know what list we were on. I think it was the do not text list. They take the big parties because they make a lot more money than taking just a party of 2. By the way, YELP put me from San Francisco, CA. I thought I can sit and have a hamburg, medium well, , cold slaw and milk. There were no customers so I thought I would get my food in reasonable fashion. That didn't happen. It took them over 30 minutes to deliver my Hamburg which came close to rare. I called the waitress over ( who , by the way, was great) and showed her my bloody hamburg that took them about 40 minute to make. She took it back and said she would take care of it and I waited for another 20 minutes or so , again hardly any one in the restaurant,and realized I just wasn't getting my burger. I called the manager when I got home and he says " Ok , thank you for calling" No I'm sorry or I'll give you a discount if you come back again .NOTHING !!!!! The place is just too big for them to cover. Need a new chef and manager as far as I see since I , too, owned a small restaurant in my day. was very conflicted with my experience here. bartenders were very friendly at the bar in the club area and the people at the bowling desk were also just as fun, once you went further into the establishment it went downhill. the bar by the ping pong tables had 3 bartenders that barely looked up at all to pay attention to any customers waiting for service. watched them walk by not only myself but myltiple other customers and noticed the aggravation on all of them. then once we got a lane to bowl it got even worse. noticed the waitress had friends bowling, she only paid attention to them. all night long our group had to either search for her or just go to one of the bars to get service. once the server realized we were upset with her service she became more rude, we had hoped that if we had told her we wanted her to come by more she would, most of the group are either servers and bartenders and were hoping to give her a second chance, but the service just got worse and by the end of the night our server came over and rudely told us we had to stop bowling even though her friends in the other lane were still playing. very upset with the end of the experience here, as someone who has worked in this industry for over 10 years and trying to give the company the benifit of the doubt, i can honestly say more staff were either rude and not helpful rather than friendly and pleasant. read more
