Such a fun concept of a place! This location has bowling, axe throwing and an arcade. The arcade games could use a little updating as some did not work properly but we still had a lot of fun. We did axe throwing here too. They have a full menu with food and drinks, we only had drinks. This location is massive, definitely at really good place for a group!

I was actually fairly impressed with this place. Having been to a few Dave and Busters, I tend to compare smaller establish to them. Came here for my going away get together with the girls I'd been working with for nearly 9 months. It wasn't busy. We kinda seated ourselves (weren't supposed to), but they were very kind and helped get us seated correctly. Drinks were served fast and the waitresses were accommodating to people showing up late. I ordered a buffalo chicken dip to share with the table and it was bomb. Soooo good. Almost wanted to seek out the recipe to make it myself. Almost. Ordered the Notorious PIG, which is a burger with pulled pork, onion rings, and bbq sauce. Was sooo underwhelmed. Burger was over done and the so was the pork. It had potential but didn't quite live up to it. They have a small arcade, and a section toward the back for small concerts I think. They also have a bunch of bowling lanes upfront. We got our shoes and paid at the back (or the near the outside entrance), price for one game and shoes was under $10 I believe. Auto scoring on the lanes and the pins are reset in the most fascinating way. Like pulled up by strings instead of the typical way I see them reset with the coasters. Was fun hanging with my coworkers in the alley and the guy serving was good. They piled good music overhead also and there were tv screens at the end of the lanes as well as the dining area. I thought this was a cool place to stop in. Not my usual going away pick, but it was relaxing and service was quick and friendly.

We had never been to pins before. We decided to randomly stop in for a bite to eat, because it's basically your ONLY choice of food visiting the Kingston mall now. We were pleasantly surprised by the $5 happy hour menu. Tuesday-Friday 3pm-9pm. We ordered multiple items. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! Bacon cheddar burgers were amazing! My personal favorite. Our server was also top notch, fun and friendly! Overall five star experience!

Pinz in Kingston is good for an afternoon meal or a nice night out with the guys / Gurls or your significant other. The game room has a lot to do for the kids and gets expensive quickly. The staff are friendly and the food is good. It's also a fun place to see a concert when they have a local band or a national act cone through. So all in all I'd definitely say yes to Pinz

Ok. These people have blocks you can build with alright. We built a huge structure, it was beautiful and a staff member took it down.

We had an awesome time here for my school-aged kids' birthday. While we love coming here in…read moregeneral, the birthday party was particularly fabulous and the focus of this review. It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.

Alley Kat Lane - Kingston, MA…read more I took my 4-year-old to Alley Kat Lane on March 25th for a much-needed break and some fun. We've had a little health scare recently, so we're making it a priority to keep him active and out of the house. I hadn't been to Alley Kat in years, so stepping back inside and seeing the updated arcade was exciting--especially because they have some of the coolest and most unique games around. And trust me, we've been to a lot of arcades in the area, so we know our games. We checked the hours beforehand--open until 10 PM. The parking lot was hopping, and you could hear the bowling balls crashing into pins from outside. But when we walked in, disappointment hit fast--the entire arcade was shut down. Just as I was about to give my best "are you kidding me?" face, I asked an employee about their usual closing time. And here's where the magic happened... They turned the entire arcade back on. Just. For. Us. If that isn't top-tier customer service, I don't know what is! Huge shout-out to Lucas, who went above and beyond. Not only did he get everything up and running, but he also took the time to chat with my son about his Venom shirt and favorite superheroes. The prize selection was another major win--no cheap Dollar Tree trinkets here. My son had his heart set on a giant gumball machine (2,000ish tickets), but after going all-in on the claw machines, we came up short. Luckily, they had a smaller but still awesome gumball machine for under 1,000 tickets, complete with gumballs. Honestly, I can't wait to go back. Part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem, but places that prioritize real customer experiences over money grabs deserve the recognition. Plus, the candlepin bowling and arcade are separate from the busier lanes, making it a perfect spot for families. So, if you're looking for a local spot that's not just another overpriced, overhyped entertainment center, Alley Kat Lane is it. And to Lucas and the rest of the amazing staff--my son said you made not just his day, but his entire life. We'll see you again soon!
