Tom came to pickup my mom the morning she passed away. He was kind and gentle with her. My dad and I met with Kip to go over the details of mom's memorial service - music, bible verses, obituary, memorial folders, guest book, thank you cards, tribute video and display of mom's artwork. Kip also coordinated with our pastor. The only things we had to do were the flowers and tribute video. Because of covid family and friends from out of state could not attend the service but it was live-streamed and a recording made that will be archived on Potters website.
