Our refrigerator was leaking water. Carter Hofler noticed that there was ice at the bottom of the freezer side. After removing everything from the freezer, he removed the ice then steamed the freezer coils and thawed the drain. Once he confirmed that all of the ice was gone, he then put everything back.
