The phone disconnected after I finally got to ask my question. The next guy could not be more helpful. I went to the store a few days later and was not expecting much. There were 6 people ahead of me waiting to get in. When they open the doors, we were greeted by a bunch of employees. The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

He could not have been more helpful. Yes, he tried to upsell us on a tablet, but that's his job. He did what he could for my situation, getting me a manufacturer's warranty replacement, so I can keep going until my contract is up. There is enough competition for mobile devices and plans these days that service is a make-or-break consideration. This location of Verizon does it right.
