    I want to give this store the highest rating for several reasons:we had Verizon service for over 12…read moreyears, switched recently around Thanksgiving for economic reasons, but the store continues to serve me. The service has always been great;if they were busy it's because they're popular and they know what they're doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don't use Verizon anymore.I can't think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. If I could give out extra stars I'd give the store a six and Patrick an 11 !!! Thank you !

I don't like white. I don't wear white clothes, jewelry or shoes. They didn't even have the decency to respond to my request to trade for the one that I wanted. I'm going to go ahead and say, in my experience, they SUCK! The cherry on top... I already ordered a clear case. Thankfully my husband was also ready for a new phone. Or "like new, refurbished, unlocked." But I got a brand new one in lemongrass on eBay for the same price. So, bottom line, if you are ordering a phone from this place I would recommend calling them. They don't answer messages, even when it's neutral. I was less angry and more bummed. Now, I don't really care that much, but will be very careful to NEVER order from them again.

I bought a cell phone from him, the home button was sticky and wouldn't respond normally(had to push it several times to get it to work) I was kind and courteous to him wanting to switch it for another one(giving him the benefit of doubt) When I traded it for a second phone, I had the same problem. I went in a third time and wanted another phone(shame on me for having such faith in this mans innocence) basically, he made me feel like crap, said I didn't deserve a better phone, and mocked me several times. He is a bad business man, horrible at customer service, a scam artist, doesn't make eye contact for a reason, and will pretend like you don't know more then him. His expertise is $$$ NOT electronics. In the end for this company(man) he cares about his family and himself and you are just a casualty to his profits. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY(MAN). ADDED AFTER I READ THE RESPONSE to my review- Additionally, I've just read the response to my review and it makes me sick and feel bad not just for him but for myself and customers who have had to and will eventually deal with him. As you can tell from below he isn't about the customer but rather about his business. I was a good customer bringing him business hoping to get a nice pleasant experience. In my experience anyone who doesn't treat the customer as right is a bad example of proper customer service, and is not doing business right in a customer driven economy. I run my own online businesses and never have I once ever nor would I ever respond to a customer this way in regards to a negative review, and if he truly has a good customer honoring business he should know that it is a poor business practice and the right thing to do is to treat those you've given a bad experience a good one. I am disappointed I as a fair person have been lied about. I am absolutely offended and shocked in how much he lied in his response about my respectfulness and what happened. I was very respectful and kind and only showed my upset disappointed feelings at the end telling him I felt he was taking advantage of me. When he said horrible things about me to my face, I knew immediately then I just wanted my money back and that any future correspondence would just end in further verbal abuse towards myself from him. All I wanted to do was get the heck out of there so I wouldn't be treated so horribly. It was like a scene from a bad movie. I tried guys...I even asked him to be honest with me after He wasn't several times and it felt like I was pulling his leg for the truth. After honoring him and giving him a chance multiple times he still treated me like I was trying to rip him off. What? I was the customer...I just can't....(I feel like I'm dealing with an angry child) I honestly was just trying to get a phone that worked. And as far as the rating he gave himself at the end of his response below I call B.S.(let's see the proof) I mean come on does anyone believe that? Anyone can write in positive numbers and a high ratings in writing...Especially if they don't have to prove it or won't prove it by putting in the "real" website(which I assume is eBay or Amazon) Where is the online business name in the response so this claim can be verified?(its most likely not "Cell O Phone" I looked out of curiosity and didn't find anything). Just simply saying its from the "Largest Web Site in the world" doesn't prove anything for validation. What a joke. Define largest website in the world. Just look at my reviews here on Yelp or elsewhere and you'll see I'm a fair and honest guy. As you can see I have nothing to hide, I mean my name is in my username. In the end I really hope my honest review has pushed him to make a change to fix his poor customer service ...that is why yelp reviews exist isn't it? P.S. I am also not the only one who has given him a bad review...the proof is in the pudding. I also find it strange that the few positive reviews he has are from accounts that have no pictures and only one review...you guessed it for Cell O Phone...oh the irony. Also, the ones that do have pictures have maybe two reviews and all of them seem to fall coincidentally after mine was posted...seems fishy to me. It also appears he has had two negative/bad reviews removed due to foul type language and derogatory language for those who were more pissed then I which yes I know violate Yelp's user agreements but still is hiding the truth regarding his bad business practices and awful customer service.

    This review is for the employee named Jordan who went out of his way to get me the phone I wanted…read more We make technology purchases when we visit Oregon (no sales tax). We visited this Verizon store and I wanted an iPhone 17 pro in orange. The store didn't have an orange phone in stock, but Jordan figured out how to get one from another store. I went back later in the day, and voila! There was my phone! Jordan helped with the screen/lens protector, selecting a case to show off the orangieness of the phone, and helped set the phone up. In my humble opinion, he went out of his way to help me get what I wanted.

    I went in here to get a new case for my phone, because Fred Meyer across the street didn't have one…read morethat fit my phone. What a terrible experience. A salesperson latched on to me the minute I walked in the door and would not leave me alone. I just wanted to pick out a phone case and pay for it and leave. She hovered over me the entire time I was looking at cases, talking the entire time. During that time she insisted she had to look up my Verizon account. Okay, maybe they only sell to Verizon customers, whatever. I pick out my phone case, and am ready to pay. In the meantime, she insists on reviewing my entire account. I told her the account is fine...I have what I need. No, I don't want to hear about "upgrades". I just want to pay you money for the overpriced phone case and leave. She FINALLY relents and we get to the payment part. She then needs to ask me again for my name, phone number, physical address, and email address. WHY!? She literally had all of that in my account and I'm just trying to pay with my debit card. Why make it so tedious for a customer to buy a simple phone case? I could have been in and out in a couple minutes, yet this salesperson is making me jump through hoops to give them money. Never again. I don't like to shop online, but the next time I need something for my phone I will NOT be buying it here.
