I knew of his reputation from a heating help board I had been on in the past and knew he was the guy I wanted for my install. When Gary says he'll be there at 7am you better believe him. He showed up on time and went right to work. His lead plumber came shortly after and drove what I'd call a mobile plumbing shop. These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. The quality of the work was beyond impressive and we couldn't be happier! Btw, the boiler is a Viessmann and it's awesome, I can monitor it from my phone and on a recent trip I was able to lower the domestic hot water while we were away which saved us gas.

    march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

He (jason) never took out a permit through the City of Worcester. I was notified by city inspector in December 2024. Additionally Jason(Alpine) charged me for four(4) mini-splits and I only recieved three(3) and one(1) condenser. Jason came to my home and I complained to him about mini-splits turn on in the off position. He(jason) stated he would put in a work request ASAP. I didnt here anything for a month until I posted a negative review with Mass-Save and BBB.Do not do business with this company! they are SHADY.

    We paid extra to be a "Premier Customer" which supposedly would put us ahead of regular customers…read more A Tech (Jose) was here yesterday for a seasonal checkup. We had had no problems with the heat. He said we needed a capacitor so we paid an extra $110. He left and didn't flip the switch to turn the furnace back on. We didn't realize it until the heat didn't come on this morning. I called at 6:30 AM and got a call back at 7:45 AM. The heat didn't come on after flipping the switch. The best they could do was to send the same guy out between 2:00 - 3:00. I heard nothing by 3:30 so I called the office. I was told a different Tech would be out, who had two customers IN FRONT OF US! I called back at 4:00 because I hadn't heard anything. I was told he should be here by 4:30. We then called at 5:00 and was told he was on his next to last call and he would be here when that was finished. Jimmy came and took care of the problem. Jose had not only left the switch off, but he didn't turn the gas back on. Overall, except for Jimmy, it was less than a great experience the last 30 hours. I would have expected to have a Tech here before 5:30 PM today.

Our problem was resolved promptly and the gentleman who came out also offered (and did) fix our diverter spout without us asking. We appreciated that.     Never Again! First off when I call to make an appointment I am asked what I need done. Then when…read morethe plumber arrives first question is what are we doing today. When I point out what is wrong and to replace it, they always want to try and fix it - and within a couple days it is leaking again. I basically ended up spending $1000 mostly labor for 5 shutoff valves and the inside of a toilet tank replaced. They charge about $150 to show up and about $125 for any part of time past the first hour. Seems they always need 65 minutes..... and lately added $4 for gas to travel, they are under 3 miles away. And when I call to tell them what they fixed is still broken, it takes at least a week to come and the same fees are charged as though it is a new repair vs correcting what they already charged me for and didn't fix or replace. It seems as though they don't care and act like they are doing a favor just by showing up. For a place that used to be well regarded, I agree they are not worth my time or money and I will be going elsewhere.

Both Dave and Nora, the owners, were super friendly and helpful. Whereas the other places treated us as though we should already know what we needed and were less than helpful in answering our questions Nora went above and beyond in taking the time to walk us through everything we would need to know about purchasing and installing a stove. Additionally, we expected we couldn't get an installation until early spring since it was already late November. On the contrary...they said we could likely have it up and running before Christmas! And they were right. They recommended an outside contractor to install the stove and chimney, James French of JMF Chimney Service, and he showed up on time and did a professional job and we were inspected and up and running a week before Christmas.
